This wine shop was strongly prescribed to my companions in general and family here in our space! Their staff was entirely capable and amicable. The wine was additionally extremely tasty. It was a particularly fun and energizing spot! The costs were very acceptable too. It was a noteworthy help that causes u to feel like home! Thank a great deal!

There is a wine for everyone you can literally find the perfect wine everytime this place has it all me and my wife love coming here its fun to look around and see all the selection they have to chose from as well as here the knowledgeable help from staff when needed I would say the only thing that concerned me was the huge rat trap I seen

Nice to see everyone shopping here was wearing masks. The beer we were looking for was out of stock. Still a pleasant experience as the employees including the cashier were all friendly and polite.

Helpful staff and nice store however many products were out of stock. The items we came for, Bacardi Coconut and Bacardi Banana, were out and we were told would not be coming any time soon per their distributor but they did not know why. The whole reason our group goes to Total Wine is for the flavored Bacardi. ☹

Not being from California and being forced to go there, I decided to make the best of a bad situation and drink...a lot. They had an amazing selection, great staff who are helpful with recommendations based on my tastes, and decent prices (all taxes considered). They even had a little walk in humidor. Only thing I would change is maybe put cigar lighters and cutters in the impulse buy section.

Great selection of hard to find beers and alcohol. Some of the staff is very knowledgeable. Some of the cashiers can be very condescending when speaking to you which is unfortunate.

Easy online order and pickup. Bev-Mo doesnt compare even a little bit. Its like comparing a liquor store to Costco. I love this place. 5x36Pks of beer here is cheaper and without the headache/hassles that come with a keg!

Great place so much to choose from. This time it was a delicious Korean beer Makgeolli.

Fast, friendly service. The prices are just so-so. Youre paying for the in-stock selection. They could do better with their display of seasonal events buy expanding the floor space used and the variety of items available. For example, St. Patricks Day or Cinco de Mayo, they should of had everything Irish or Mexican clustered together for easy pickings. And deeply discounted for the occasion.

Great spot to buy wine,beer,cigars and even Clamato for a great Chelada!!...customer service is seriously the best!!! Owner or store manager should definitely hold meeting and notify theyre employees of how knowledgeable they are and definitely helped me choose the write wines!!

This location pales in comparison to the Brea store. Unfriendly, unprofessional, sloppily dressed employees. Not one employee offered assistance even though several passed me several times. Carts all over the parking lot. Not the same selections as Brea.

An unbeatable selection at good prices, bit there are many expired and old products sitting on the shelves. You have to be careful how old the products are before you buy.

Im giving it a 4 star because I really didnt do much walking inside, I went to pick up an order at the counter. For what I saw it was very clean, nicely decorated and is a big place. I dont know if it was the manager but he was wearing a dress shirt and he ignored me while I was trying to find the place were to pick up the order, he finally help me after I said excuse me Im picking up an order, I didnt like that part.

Have to give this day manager a good review. I am not allowed to wear a mask due to medical condition and he was very polite and understanding when one of his lower employees told him I wasnt wearing a muzzle. I spend thousands of dollars a year at this store, I understand the media is trying to scare people into believing theres a virus that is so deadly you dont even know you have it and even though it can spread by microscopic droplets the only way to test for it is to stick a swab into your brain through your nose with an admitted 99.9% survival rate and miraculously the common flu is non existent this year. Thank you for understanding Mr. Manager, youre a King in my book. Youre a very nice man.

So I went to Total Wine & More for a specific purchase and I have to say that their selection was incredibly impressive. I was looking to purchase 30-50 mini bottle of champagne for a baby shower that was coming up rather quickly. I didnt want to risk not receiving the delivery in time for the party so I needed to find the mini champagne bottles in stock to purchase. I called several other stores but they seemed to only carry a very limited amount of each brand in store. Total Wine & More had an excellent selection and the pricing was extremely reasonable...$2.99 for the Rondel Brut Cava (blue bottle) $3.49 for the Rondel Gold Brut Cava. There was a cheaper option which was the J. Roget Brut or Extra Dry for $1.99, however they had a limited amount in stock and the Rondel while I little more expensive was a little bit classier and I thought would be an excellent edition to the gift bags for the women attending the baby shower. I was very happy with the selection and my purchase. The store was well kept and clean, and the associates there were friendly and kind and did not hesitate to see if I needed any assistance. They made the trip quick and painless. I will definitely be returning for future parties and events.

I come by thrice a month for either spirits, wine, or booze. They have a cigar room n the workers r very helpful. Dont bother with the vendors, they wont lift a finger to assist u, though.

My friend calls this my 2nd home, which is absolutely untrue. The employees are helpful and they have a variety of stuff. If what you want is out, chances are really good that the employees can suggest something else that is good. Dont buy the red decadence wine or the Fennelys chocolate mint liqueur because I want those in stock when I show up.

Very helpful staff! Dropped and shattered my bottle of Glendidich right as I was walking out of the store doors. A staff member came out to make sure I was okay and was very understanding. 2 minutes later Management came out with a whole new bottle. Would definitely recommend shopping here!

Everyone had a mask on, got asked 3 times if I needed help. Not sure if they cleaned the area after I checked out but hand sanitizer was readily available. Good selection, I went with a friend, I forgot my Id he had his, oh well thats a respectable policy, but the staff and even the manager was quite rude about it, we feel we were kind enough about it but sadly will not come back because of the attitude of the staff.
