We love VacaDUN! Only one week from our vacation to Disneyland, I started feeling nervous that our single stroller for our 4 yr old wouldn’t be sufficient. We also have a 6 year old and I felt he would struggle to keep up as well. I googled stroller rentals and after browsing a couple sites to compare prices and products, along with confirming Disneyland stroller requirements, I decided VacaDUN was a great fit. We received email confirmation and as our date got closer, texts to remind me of drop off time and location. I loved that they could bring the stroller to us AND pick it up when our reservation was ended. The gentlemen who delivered was prompt, pleasant and knowledgeable showing us how to operate the stroller. The stroller was in great condition. Additionally, I love that I was able to connect with him easily by just responding to his initial texts. I also love that a stroller lock was included with our rental. We had no concerns or difficulty and surely will rent again if ever in the area.

We just got back from our Disneyland vacation and rented a double stroller through VacaDUN. They are very fast to respond to my questions before the trip.They had delivered the stroller to the hotel before we arrived. It was a great stroller- lightweight, easy to use, and clean. They provided a rain cover and a lock. We left the stroller with our hotel reception and they picked it up from the reception. Such a easy process. Would highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with this company. There was a little mix up with my reservation and they went WAY out of their way to correct it. I had my stroller on time no problem. Then when my plans changed, they worked with me to set up a new pick up at the end of my trip. The stroller was clean and like new and worked great. I was able to reach them easily any time I had a question. I would definitely rent from them again - they were awesome.

Renting from VacaDUN was one of the easiest parts of our trip. We made the reservation about a week out, and arrived at our hotel to discover the stroller had been delivered early and was ready for use. It was a huge space and time saver to be able to rent a Disneyland-approved stroller to shuttle our littles back and forth from the park. VacaDUN was the only company we found that had a double stroller that could accommodate our large 5 year old (most second or bench seats have a weight limit smaller than our kiddo), the rental process was easy and affordable.Going above and beyond, when Michelle contacted me about our rental, she also recognized an error in math in my favor, and didn’t hesitate to change our reservation, and refund me the difference. Talk about service!!If you need any baby equipment, gear, toys, etc for a trip in the LA area, I HIGHLY recommend VacaDUN.

Wow! I cant say enough great things about VacaDUN! Reggie and Michelle were super helpful from start to finish. Beautiful and pristine baby gear was dropped off and setup for us, along with manuals and a sweet note with local foodie spots for us to check out. At the end of our trip the furniture was picked up right on schedule. And best of all prices were reasonable and delivery was free! If youre ever in the Huntington Beach area I would highly recommend VacaDUN for your baby gear rental needs.

My 18 month old grandson had just arrived for a two week stay while his folks were out of town. After seeing him crawl out of our port-a-crib at his first nap, I knew I needed something larger. I was fortunate to reach Reggie on my first call and he had a full size crib delivered and set up by 7 o’clock that evening as promised. VacaDUN is very professional, friendly and helpful, and the charges are reasonable. Highly recommend!

I cant speak highly enough of VacaDUN! Here are a few things I appreciated about them:1. Reggie and Michelle were incredibly helpful and friendly, going out of their way to coordinate the drop-off and pickup of the items I rented, even though we changed our plans at the last minute.2. Their rates are about half as much as other baby gear rental companies. And Ill never rent car seats from a rental car company again; these were much less expensive. They also honored a coupon Id seen online, leaving me with a grand total of $85 for 5 days with two car seats, a pack-n-play, a high chair, and some sand toys.3. All the gear was in perfect condition. Truly, not a scratch, stain, or stray crumb anywhere!Seriously, make your life easier. Dont try to travel with car seats and stroller and all the rest. Just rent them from VacaDUN.

The strollers were delivered and picked up right on time. So convenient to not have to to travel with strollers because they are big, bulky and take up so much space. I definitely recommend VacaDUN!

This company went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. We realized the first night the the stroller we thought we wanted for the week wasnt what we thought, they made an extra delivery at 6:30am so we could still make our magic hour in the park. Cannot say enough wonderful things about this company!

We rented a pack & play, stroller, high chair, and wagon and everything was delivered on-time, impeccably clean. If it wasnt all new, you could hardly tell. Pickup was a breeze as well, and everyone was very accommodating of our needs. Highly recommend.

Went to Disneyland with our 18 month old twins for the weekend and were able to save so much room on the drive from out of state. They worked with our schedule to deliver and pickup the double stroller, it was clean and worked perfect! Highly recommend VacaDun!!

I found this company through a google search. Strollers at the parks are pricy and bringing one from home takes up so much space. We were more than pleased with their service and the quality and cleanliness of the stroller. They dropped it off at our hotel for us before we arrived and picked it up the morning we left. They were easy to contact when we had questions and were so friendly and helpful. 5 stars for sure!

So glad i discovered this rental company. We were set up with a car seat and an excellent double stroller suitable for navigating Disney and the neighborhood around our Huntington Beach Airbnb rental. The customer service was top notch, too. Everything exceeded our expectations!

My wife and I needed a stroller last minute as our Airbnb didn’t have one. They went out of their way to deliver our double stroller the morning of our day in Disneyland, met us at a perfect low traffic destination and picked it up on our last day at our condo. We had a great experience with this company on our recent trip to Seal Beach, CA. We rented a full sized crib with mattress, cover, and sheet, and a high chair, and everything was in perfect condition and clean. Reggie delivered and picked up the items without hassle and right on time. I appreciated the contact through email and text, so I knew I reservation was confirmed, etc.I plan to use this company next time and would recommend to anyone traveling to SoCal!

I couldnt have asked for a better experience with VacaDUN. They had the best prices on rentals and the jogger style stroller they supplied exceeded our expectations. I would recommend anyone with kids 8 years of age and younger use a stroller in Disneyland and I would enthusiastically recommend they rent one from VacaDUN. Delivery and drop off were dead simple, the stroller was clean when we took possession of it and the price was right. It will be a no-brainer to use the service again the next time we are in the area. I especially enjoyed the communication they offered too. Crib rental was delivered and picked up precisely on time. The crib was exactly as described and in brand new condition. The staff was incredibly helpful prior to and during the delivery. I will 100% use VacaDUN again in the future.

We reserved a stroller for our trip to Knotts Berry Farm just a few days before our trip.Reggie from VacaDUN was in contact with me via phone and text the day before the stroller was set to arrive at our hotel and even called our hotel to be sure they were ok having the stroller left there if I wasnt there yet.The stroller was left on time and had rain gear and a lock on it. Super clean, super helpful, and an awesome company to work with! Will definitely recommend to friends and family!

My wife was looking online for a stroller rental company, after reading the reviews for VacaDUN we figured we would give them a call. When I first called I was greeted by a gentleman named Reggie. His customer service, explanations and virtually the whole process WOWd me. As a person who is in sales, and very used to getting subpar service. This company aims to please and is extremely accommodating. We will use this company every time we come to California. I called Reggie the last minute and he arranged pickup for the same day a couple of hours after the time we placed our order and they delivered it to the restaurant we were eating at.

Michelle and Reggie were amazing and so easy to work with. The prices were the best in town and with the exceptional service, it was a no brainer for us. Highly recommend them.

Best thing we did for our sanity! I got to the hotel and stroller was ready with rain cover and lock. We had few hiccups in our trip but one thing we kept raving about was how perfect it was to rent a stroller that was easy to use and clean! WOW!! They were so great! There are so many companies out there with some pretty awful reviews and this is the only one I found without any and there is a reason! Reggie texted to confirm, dropped an AWESOME stroller at our air BnB, showed us how to use it and even brought a rain cover because the weather called for rain. Smooth, easy, great product, great service, great price. I highly reccomend!

What an amazing service by VacaDun Baby Gear. We rented car seats because we had family travelling over from Ireland, the carseat were delivered to our door well on time before we set off to airport, the renting price was really reasonable and the guy that dropped and picked them up was a pleasure... Overall an great service, would highly recommend...
