A guy swiped my car on the freeway and his insurance sent me here to get it fixed. Great job, timely manner, but once I got home, I noticed my rear camera was hanging by a wire. I called them immediately but they were closed by then so I decided to wait until Monday to go in. Monday, I go in for them to tell me they didn’t do it because they only worked on the doors and had nothing to do with the camera. Well, my camera wasn’t broken when I brought my car in. Thanks for fixing something, breaking another thing, lying about it, and then not fixing the thing you broke.

Daniel and the crew really took great care of me and my vehicle! The building is extremely clean and all of the employees are polite and professional. My car looks so good now. I was rearmed. Caliber even matched the paint perfectly and completed the job in a timely manner. I even had them replace my hatchback handle a few days later. They gave me a great price and replaced it in under 30 minutes while I waited in their cozy lobby. I can’t say enough great things about this company. They truly blew me away. Anytime I need body work or paint work done, this is where I will go. Best experience ever!

Daniel in Customer Service was extremely helpful in explaining the process of restoring my new Nissan Rogue Sport to its original condition.The drivers side door had a long gash and crumpled dent on the bottombecause someone in the shopping center damaged it and didnt even leave a note.Caliber Collision restored my car to perfect condition! They disassembled lots of body parts to make sure there was no overlap of paint and everything came out beautifully.Because i live close by, they even arranged for Michael, their body shop mechanic, to take me to and from the shop so I could leave and then pick up my car. That was a very great help!Moreover, both Daniel and Michaels professional demeanor helped me overcome my stress and anxiety about having my new car damaged.It was very comforting knowing that the car was in the hands of experts who knew how to transform the car to its top condition,I heartily and highly recommend Caliber Collision to anyone who needs their vehicle repaired.
