I called about 2 hours after getting a washer delivered to let them know it had broke on my first wash. Also, this was the second one delivered because they brought the wrong one the first time. I was told they would have someone out. This was a Friday at 12pm. Turns out no one came and they were closed over the weekend and come Monday and Tuesday no one even called me back. No worries though I fixed it Friday night after YouTube helped me.

Everyone that works here are super nice. They are very friendly. They will help you any way they can. They are a great place to get what you want.

At this time I have not received the refrigerator that was to be delivered 4-5 days ago all food has ruined and I have to call they dont call for update.

I went to rent one in jackson Tn and got a “they said” “barely “used Maytag washer and dryer that I could have paid in full for but was told would be better to do payments so I decided to do 2 separate payments needless to say what they brought to me without a dolly to install and had an attitude about using my dryer hose for the hook up that they didn’t bring proper toolsFor the set ended up being not worth the 1700 dollars at all they wanted for it it was scratched and looked more than barley used the dryer has been a nightmare and I called them in March after getting them the end of January and asked for a different dryer just same size but not particular about anything else they said they would find me something trade it out and I wouldn’t owe anything extra well I called repeatedly to speak to their manger and anyone who could help bc nothing still had been done but they didn’t call me back and I couldn’t get anyone on the phone when I called by may they still didn’t have anything for me they I found out didn’t tell me I could go to a different store or have a dryer for me still then tried to tell me a completely different story if I wanted a new dryer it was a nightmare so I called Humboldt which was very much closer to my house in medina I spoke to the manager there and she is awesome their whole staff and store is and within a week they got things transferred my account to their store and everything taken care they got me a brand new dryer and I didn’t end up paying near what I was going to at jackson I will never go to the jackson store again and I will be a forever customer at Humboldt because of how amazing of a job they do I intend on buying more from them in the future their store and inventory is much cleaner also.

Just got a 65in tv. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted but I knew “ big and with cast screen” is what I wanted. The staff was very helpful in explaining the difference in the TVs which made it to be an easy decision for me. Delivery was fast and friendly. Even helped me set it up and explained how to use it. They definitely get a AAA+++ from me. You need something they have it or they can get it. Love you guys

Very friendly, quick, no hassle. And delivered in a hour! They had exactly what I was looking for and got a great deal and was in and out in less then 15 minutes!

The staff at Rent one were very nice and welcoming. The couch I was looking for they did not have in store so they called different stores to find what I was looking for which they didnt have to do but they did. They let my little nephew play on the play station til we got done with business to keep him entertained as well. Im glad I went there to do business. Was very pleased
