I went to the home depot of Humacao. Cashier very professional very friendly. On the way out no employees to assist with heavy rocks. The security was kind enough to call someone but no one helped from the store. A person bringing merchandise from the store assisted us. My Mom is older she cant be lifting heavy things. You need more assistance outside. Thank,

I live in New York and work in the tristate area as a manufacturer/contractor.... I hate Home Depot! - but this Home Depot is a blessing - everyone cant be any nicer and always willing to help even if they are off the clock and not their department - they seem to know where everything is - they actually take the time to get it for you. they have such respect for the elderly - Ive seeing in three occasions that they actually help them with the shopping and loaded their car in full. (Wow!!! - love them!) have done a complete renovation and its being nothing but the best experience- I want to give a special THANK YOU to Crystal from appliances - she has gone way beyond to help us with what we needed - we order a washer and dryer and were willing to wait - as time went and knowing that everything is imported to the Island THERE WAS NO SHOW ON SELECTED ITEMS- she contacted us and has given us options and has contacted many times- I wish employees in the States Home Depot take a lesson from PR on customer service- Very impressive! and Thank you so much!!

They never pick up the phone, so I had to go all the way to the store just to find out that they do not do not offer truck rental. Ugh.

Not a huge fan of Home Depot but this store in Humacao has some knowledgeable people, very service focused. Interacted with tools, appliance and door and windows. Everyone knew their area well and very friendly. Great recommendations on wireless tools. Coral in the appliance department was helpful and followed up on every aspect of the sale. Would hire her tomorrow if I needed someone in sales.

My favorite store. In Humacao the staff are super friendly and takes pride on helping the customer. I always find what I look for there and got ideas for new projects.

Brand new establishment, 10 times better than the one in Caguas, no lines to get in, no hassle. Covid protocol at the door and fully stocked. Best one yet!

Sue, Jose Lozada & Wilson were very friendly, knowledgeable & very patient. Sue practically walked all over the place helping me find some specific items from my list even when my Spanglish was getting in the way, she was able to understand what I was describing. I was able to find every item on my list & then some! She was great! I also liked the fact that they all referred to me as Dama! Coraima, the cashier has a wonderful welcoming smile...she really does!Btw, the store was super clean & well stocked. The effort put into place to keep its customers & employees safe from COVID19 exposure was A+ to me. From mask wearing, crowd control, social distancing, sanitizing/cleaning carts, etc. Even at the cash register. The work area was kept organized & the cashier sprayed/sanitized before I got to her station. This Home Depot store is the BEST Ive been to compared to those in the U.S. main land. Great employess & super clean & bright store! (U.S. main land should take notice & learn from Humacaos store!)

Store with a good inventory of electric and battery tools, lamps, gas and charcoal grill, barbecue accessories, bathroom accessories. It has a great variety in treated and construction wood. They also have a variety of roof sealants. The staff so far is very attentive. Tool rental is also available.

Excellent experience. I needed a lamp to use on the desk. I unsuccessfully visited several places. Here I got different models and prices. I solved as I needed, when I already gave up.

At the time of the visit, the staff was very attentive and had knowledge of their work and the location of the merchandise. They had all the hygienic measures for the situation we are seeing.

Do you want to sell more and give a better service? Pick up the phone !!! 7 calls of an average of 5 minutes each, ringing and nobody answers. Attended by the manager or officer who passed the call and nothing. I was investigating to see if there was a product to complete my project that exceeded an investment of $ 1,300. In the end I decided to travel 45 min. risking not finding the product.
