Great store. Fresh produce and meats. Its a bit pricey but I think groceries have gone up around the country in general. I would LOVE IT if they had baggers. I dont like having to bag my own groceries.

This is our one stop shop for ALL our grocery needs for the week, beautiful presentation of the important items (food thats actually good for you) not to mention the staff that weve dealt with at the sushi counter and meat and seafood counter are vastly knowledgeable, clearly love what they do, and are extremely friendly. Having been a chef for over a decade Im quite picky of the quality of ingredients we consume as a family and Festival does a wonderful job of providing that. P.S. if youre a fan of sushi, their sushi is the best Ive found at any grocery store hands down.

Fantastic as always, very clean store and very helpful staff. My child had a long day outside and was falling asleep, the check out person was kind enough to grab my few groceries out of the cart and help ring them so I didnt have to wake him up. It was above and beyond and very kind.

Great butcher in the meat department this morning at 7am! He said he has been there over 30+ years. Very helpful and nice!

I have been ordering from this festival location for nearly a year now. Every time something is unavailable or needs to be subbed they call me and let me know. I can then choose what my substitution is or let them know i wont be needing it. They truley go above and beyond to make sure my pick up order is fulfilled.

Make more of the crisontwhich sandwiches. Specifically the three variety pack. You sell out before I can get there in the evening. Otherwise some great food thats a little over priced. What happened to the pre packaged beef tenderloin? Best tenderloin Ive ever had but dont see it anymore.

I drive past many grocery stores to get to this one! Love the selection and quality especially in produce, deli, and meat departments. Staff is friendly and helpful. Locally owned. To top it off, I can grab a cup of coffee at Dunn Brothers on my way in, and stop at On The Rocks to pick up wine for dinner on my way out. I always look forward to my shopping experience here!

Great produce, deli, bakery, and meats. Incorrect price posted for a cat treat, marked 1.09 for about a month but rings up 1.19. Not a bad price, just n Ed to update price on shelves. Just one thing that kind of bugs me, black rubber/plastic runner that you place groceries on is dirty. There apparently is not a routine for wiping this down, as there should be. Thanks😀

Festival has a great meat and bakery dept but it doesnt stop there with delightful sections too numerous to mention. I can find new items to try, too. The personnel are helpful and friendly, shopping is a pleasure because it is well-organized, clean and bright.The only thing I cant get is the food my persnickety old kitty likes but she changes her likes daily.😊

I agree the prices are high compared to elsewhere but if you look for the deals/sales you can find them. One thing I love about this location which makes me keep coming back is the Customer Service. Everyone EVERY SINGLE TIME I have been in is super nice. I am always asked if I need help by anyone who is stocking and the employees actually look and act as though they WANT to work/be there which is awesome. I just moved into the area and live close by and because of the great service and positive atmosphere, I want to apply!

Well designed and good meat. Very convenient to where I live. A little more expensive on some items but worth the time and gas it would be to travel to another store.

Honestly speaking, the pricing is high in comparison to an Aldis which is my go to. I believe youre paying extra for someone to bag your groceries, but Im not 90 years old and can bag my own. Its close to my home, I appreciate the convenience. You need to take advantage of their wonderful sales for they do have value if you know how to find it.

Really like this store. Personable, they get to know you, say hello when you Walk in the place. There are always someone there to help if you need it. If they dont have something they will get it or tell you why they cant and were to get it if they can. They also have a great deli. So go there and enjoy.

As always, the staff at Festival Foods in Hugo is outstanding! My family and I feel very fortunate to have such a nice and clean grocery store so close to our home. I am always treated like a regular there. The butchers are amazing! Today I was having a below average day, and when I was going through the checkout, the cashier Tiffany made my day by going out of her way to help me. Thank you Tiffany!

Festival foods in Hugo is a great place to shop. They keep a very wide variety of items available at all times. The meat is great as is the produce. there is a good selection of ethnic foods and a nice assortment of gluten free. The employees are great very knowledgeable and always willing to help.

By far one of the better grocery stores the produce fat exceeds any other store. The meat department is amazing quality and decent prices, store is organized and maintained well. The bakery has amazing treats very fresh and tasty.

Really friendly staff, very pleasant store to go to!But Recently I’ve bought expired ravioli, and the bread I’ve bought from there (multiple varieties) have shown mold or mildew within 1 day of the sell by date, which seems pretty unreasonable since I personally don’t eat a loaf of bread in one day.I’ve also had ground beef go bad extremely quickly unfortunately.Also this store is a bit on the expensive side for having fairly average groceries (many common items are anywhere from 50¢ to $1 more than they would cost at a cub).Which is a little bit ludicrous since it’s also a store that you need to be slightly studious on the dates of things to avoid buying expired food.

The produce is absolutely gorgeous! The fresh fruits and veggies are stacked to the ceiling daily. The Older is donated to the needy and composted... everything is always fresh and delicious everyday! Definitely my favorite grocery store.

Average prices, fantastic presentation, friendly staff. I really enjoy the fresh seafood, deli, and produce section. On The Rocks, the attached liquor store, has an interesting selection and is very convenient (if you need a beverage suggestion Rae Ann and John are very knowledgeable).

Would seriously be concerned about renting from this place. The manager is grouchy and tells people to keep quiet when they have people that rent that checked positive for covis19. Chases non residence away if they set foot on the property.Just watch yourself around her.
