From day 1, this place has been top notch. I got an overhaul there, and have had zero issues in a year and a half. Randy was the service manager, and was fantastic; he returned EVERY phone call, and explained everything in detail, so I understood exactly what they did. When he got promoted, Juan earned his job, and he is just as good. Thats a great indicator of top notch bosses. Everyone I dealt with, was very friendly, and made sure I was taken care of.

My dad just got his KW900 overhauled at Ziegler and what a sloppy job they did. Poor communication, it took forever, they broke and replaced items that didnt need replacing, were finding loose bolts, God only knows if they even torqued the head and it cost over $2,000 more than what they quoted him. I do not recommend.

Ethan in sales goes the extra mile and then a couple more miles after that. He is very Professional and has made sure everything goes smooth in buying and renting Equipment
