Very friendly great advice and willingness to allow to return product with discount if needed. Most used parts places dont offer returns. I will return prices are right and service was great! BOOM!!!!

Don’t waste your time going here. Really bad customer service! Treated my dad and brother really poorly. Trying to take money from honest living people by trying not to give a refund. And when they were supposed to give the refund, lady at the checkout took a long time. They have really bad customer service. And they sold a faulty part that could’ve resulted in accident! I don’t recommend going here.

Where’s the 0 stars on here? Wow! Bought two steering knuckles from this place. I know for a fact that hey weren’t tested. I called the place and the best they can do is just refund me. Their parts messed up my rotors, and break pads. The rotors got scraped so bad within 2 miles. I’ll say, when I first got there, the service was alright. The man was friendly but they claim to not blame their parts

If 0 stars was an option, that is what this would be. DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!I called and asked Doc, an employee, for a price to rebuild a cylinder head. Stated $180.00 - $280 once they check the head, and that it takes one day to check the part and 2-3 days to rebuild it. I was pleased with my quote and decided to drop the head off on Friday afternoon. No information was available until the following Wednesday. The estimate is now $465.00. I asked what happened to the $280.00 max? (Guides and seats not part of rebuild) Either hes ignorant or he lied, to me...This is pure BAIT AND SWITCH! Total inconvenience, we could have driven this car waiting for ebay parts to arrive. Lost over 2 weeks of transportation! Thanks Doc! This lack of communication cost me Wear and Tear on my vehicle, gas money to drive my daughter to and from work everyday + various appointments, and money from my job as I could have been in meetings with clients. I am extremely displeased with this business and will never blink an eye in their direction again nor recommend it to anyone.

We had a cracked taillight of our 15 Ford Taurus. Being LED, the dealership quoted us over $900 to replace or $500 for an aftermarket option. I decided to look used for the first time ever and remembered Hugo Auto specializes in late-model cars. While they didnt have the part in stock, they quickly found one for me and had it brought to their shop for me to pick up. I was able to come in, see the part, and walk out with a used factory taillight looking new that cost me only $150.It was nice being able to call someone that knew what part I needed. No trying to match part numbers or risky ordering from eBay. Will call them next time I need a part.

I needed a cylinder head for a 4.6l Ford. The guys at Hugo Auto and Truck Parts found one and had it ready for install in two days. This was two weeks sooner and almost $200 less expensive than my next option. They were pleasant and very knowledgable about the engine and cylinder head. My truck is running like new with 500 miles since I installed the head. I highly recomment them.

Brought a cylinder head in and it took a phone call from me to find out there were chunks missing out of it not from my doing. They hacked it up and wont take responsibility. Tried to charge me more for them to fix it. Taking it somewhere else is worth the extra money! This place does dirty business! STAY AWAY!

Never been one to leave a bad post or post at all but this must be said. This place should not touch any vw or probably any foreign heads. They have mest up a 8,16 and 24 valve vw heads for three different people. They cause more work than its worth. Stick to what you know not what you think you know when servicing someones head.

The bests place for parts and cylinder head service .the guys are great to work with.

Well i called them around noon for a alternator they said it would be ready by the afternoon and took down my name and number. i went in at five to pick it up and apparently the guy never pulled the part, never told anyone else that we were coming, and also never wrote down my information. next day i called at eight when they opened to remind them to pull the part they said it would be ready yet again in the afternoon but they would call when it was ready. they never called to tell us it was ready so i wasnt able to get it until five when i got sick of waiting for them to call.

Bought a windshield for a 1999 subaru forester, traveled 30 miles to go to this joke of a place, windshield they sold me was for a completely different car.....upon returning it they did give me a refund and a token sorry.....when confronted about the expense i incurred in travel due to their mistake/incompetence they responded by saying its not our policy to reimburse customers even if it is our fault...........that in and of itself simply says these clowns have little integrity, limited or no sense of fairness, and dont deserve any business.......i will never go back there and anybody who will listen will hear of my experience and what i think of them....to them its all about the buck.....dont go there.

Ive bought several engine control modules from Hugo and havent had an issue with any of them.
