I live in Sarona Wisconsin and had to drop our broken wine cooler off for repair at Northland on a trip to the Twin Cities. A few days later, I received a call informing me that it was fixed. Reasonable price, nice people, and the cooler works great!

This is the second time in two years that Bob has serviced appliances in our home. He is very knowledgeable and quickly assessed the problem and repaired both appliances reasonably. I highly recommend this company as they are quick to schedule a time to come out, get there on time and are very honest. Bob is very personable and careful and comes with a mask and takes his shoes off - which I appreciate with our light carpet.

The Office Manager, Brittany, is very helpful and very efficient at her job. She was quick to deep dive into my warranty protections to help save us money and got us scheduled for repair service within two days of my call. Loved the appointment speed; waiting is a major drag when an appliance isn’t working. Bob, the repair tech, was the nicest person to ever come into our home to repair something. He is very experienced, a long-time employee of the company, and was able to diagnose and fix our problems quickly. I also appreciated that the company is following covid precautions. So happy to have found this wonderful family-owned biz!

I called to see if they could repair my oven. Turns out I have a commercial oven they don’t service, but the gal who answered the phone was so helpful, and gave me a couple of referrals and went to the manufacturers website and gave me a number to call to find people in my area who can service. She went above and beyond, I will definitely call if I ever need help with anything else.

Great service and had the parts I needed on hand.

Our oven failed to heat when we were trying to bake Thanksgiving deserts. I assumed I’d have to replace it and searched for appliances. Northland Appliance Service was the first listing and nearby, so I called. My oven is so old, I thought they’d advise against fixing it. Chris arrived within a couple hours of my call, diagnosed a faulty ignitor, had one with him and changed it out. I’m very thankful for their service the day before Thanksgiving!

They did a great job repairing my washer and Dryer. They are honest and Trustworthy. I would highly recommend.

As we were prepping for vacation, we were running tons of laundry through our washer and dryer... when the dryer died! We called Northland to see if they could help us in 1-2 days and they were able to squeeze us in same day. The technician was very knowledgable, worked quickly and fixed our issue! Then he cleaned and vacuumed the area as well. For those with questions about Covid, he had his mask on and was super respectful while in our home. We would use Northland again!! Highly recommend.

I was very pleased with the service Northland provided. My refrigerator malfunctioned and I contacted Northland. Within 4 hours, the problem was identified and resolved. Dave was very polite and knowledgeable. The cost of the repair was fair and reasonable.

They sent a technician out to check my second refrigerator within a day. He quickly assessed the problem and told me it would cost more to fix than it was worth. I didnt have cash in my pocket for the service call but luckily my wife was home with her checkbook. It would be nice to have a credit card payment option.

Would use them again in a hearbeat! Very friendly, very professional, absolutely expert work.I knew my job wouldnt be cheap - A complete sealed system replacement on a 22 year old Fridge/Freezer. Short story, built in unit 42 wide using R12 freon, price to replace entire unit was $7K - $9K. Knew I had an occlusion or leak, and that components had been worn hard as the unit struggled to keep up over time, so I was not interested in chasing down the problem and potentially having more issues later. I wanted to replace the sealed system, period.The first two companies I called turned down the business, but one of them referred me to Northland. Worked with tech Dave, who was great from the first contact to job done. (Chris assisted in the actual labor and he was also a pleasure to deal with) Quote was accurate and I even approved additional parts/labor (like new ice maker which I knew was needed) and I was happy with how much the quote was still close to the final bill.If you just need a simple recharge of refrigerant, it might be worthwhile to call around and see who is offering the best rate. If you need serious work done by experts, I would call Northland. I am beyond impressed - Thank you!

We have a stand-alone freezer that had a recurring draining/freezing problem. We’ve had it “repaired” multiple times over the years. Dave and his son finally fixed it properly. We also have an outdoor ice maker that is only 2 years old and was not powering on. Dave took the unit in to the shop and took the time to research the issue. It turned out there were a few different problems and it’s now working again and back in the promised time. I highly recommend Northland.

Scheduling a service time was impossible, completely dysfunctional. Also, they were rude. It as though I was inconveniencing their team with my service request.

Ive used them twice; once for my dishwasher and most recently for my Refrigerator. These guys are honest, friendly, fairly priced, and very competent. I recommend them without reservation.

Very rude customer service. When I called to ask if theyve dealt with my issue before and if they would have a price quote they responded, Well I dont have a crystal ball in front of me to tell you whats wrong. They need the training on how to provide customer service.

Our refrigerator stopped working and I called two different companies before reaching Northland Appliance. The first company couldnt come out for eight days and the second company couldnt come out for five days. The second company I called didnt even want the manufacturer number or serial number of the appliance. Northland Appliance not only asked for those numbers, but asked me to put the phone close to the noise that the refrigerator was making. They attempted to diagnose the problem prior to coming out, so they had the right parts with them. The guys who worked on the fridge were very experienced, one had 40 years of experience.

Quick and easy to call for and pick up my refrigerator parts. Was supremely surprised that they were not better signed, located behind another building they are not immediately seen on pulling into parking lot

I had called around on a Monday for pricing and to see availability for our dryer; they were the cheapest and were able to come out 3 days later!! YAY BUT I had forgotten to call back to set it up and called that Wednesday morning and was still able to have Bob come out that day (just by chance) and he had it fixed in 40 mins or so, he showed me the broken part, new parts and was nice and easy to chat with! Would use them again!!

Northland came out within 24 hours of our phone call and repaired our Amana gas range/oven in 2 hours. Unfortunately it was an expensive repair because of the part but they had one. Service call price and labor cost was fair and reasonable. I recommend them most highly.

I have been using northland appliance for years. Dave the owner has fixed many things for me and will always let me know if it is worth putting money into my old stuff or buy new. I would highly recommend them for any appliance problems, they are easy to work with.
