Waited about five minutes before I was greeted. One guy was on the phone, no one else showed up until after he started helping me. My stuff was ready and correct, the guy was nice the place is a dump though

They knew me by first name basis. Great people, very helpful and very knowledgable employees. Its so sad that they closed the doors for good!!!!The end of an great era, you just dont find many places like this anymore with the great service and they always had the parts I needed, in stock!!!!!Now I have to order it all online, thumbs down

Good News: part was in stock at my local warehouse so all I had to do was drive over and pick it up.Disappointed that when I opened the box: There was a slip of paper which said it was a different part than I ordered; but should work. I feel I should have been told this when I ordered and perhaps offered a different price because this is exactly what Im comparing when I do a google search and decide which website Im going to go with. Perhaps the part was from a different model or model year; it works and fits OK; but its a different color.

I ordered snow blower parts to be picked up NH parts center. I found that both items I ordered were cheaper at the parts center. In addition, NH is a tax free state, yet they charged me tax. The order was over $50 and there was an offer to get $20 in SYW reward points for orders over $50 and they did not honor that offer! Phone calls to address this lead me all around to 5 numbers, only to be referred back to the original # I called. Horrible! As for the parts, they installed easily and are working fine.

Snow blower part was in stock and what I needed to get ready for the next Noreaster. The drive to the nearest part location was 1 hour and 10 minutes one way, but that was better than waiting for the 2 - 4 day delivery when the part is needed now. Message on the door was confusing. Try - Pick up parts here, for merchandise pickup go to other side of building. Location is a parts store on one side of the building and a merchandise pick up on the other side of the building.

Is it a legit business or just a front for a station for inter galactic travel for Men in Black? Location is hidden. No signs at the main street to indicate where are they. The person at the counter did not sound very knowledgeable or motivated to help. They dont use email and they hardly anwser the phone. Strange.

Several signs on the end and rear of the building provide incorrect information about where to enter the Parts Center. These conflicting signs should be removes and more useful signage installed.

Went to the pickup center to pick up a new stove I ordered from the store. Was told by the associate that the pickup center was open at 9AM.. showed up at 9:46AM to a locked door, no one answering the doorbell, and a busy signal on the phone.. poor customer service in my opinion! There was a small piece of paper taped to the door that said Open at 12.. clearly a lazy employee who could be bothered to show up on time!

First they couldnt figure out how to order the belt for my vacuum. Then once they were able to order it, they shipped it to my neighbor instead of to me (wrong address). When I called to check on the status, the woman who answered the phone, put the phone on the desk and just left it off the hook for almost 10 minutes until I finally just hung up. They dont provide any tracking details for shipping of your parts so the only way to get an update is to call.What a joke!

One of the workers was rude and talked to me as if I was an idiot. If they dont want you to scan the barcode when you arrive they should put a note or disable it. All he cared about was he looked to his boss because it took them a while to get to my order. I didnt have a problem with that as I knew they were helping others.

I had a broken part from my Kenmore vacuum that took me ~1 hour to take apart and figure out what it was. I called Sears Parts & Repair; they knew exactly what it was and ordered it for me and had it shipped to me. Five days later I received the part, and it took me 5 minutes to repair the vacuum. The vacuum works again, and these guys did a great job. Thank you.
