It was the first time, in almost 20 yrs, that I actually visited a target store. I had a gift card and I was trying to find the nearest location. Huber heights was the closest. It was a memorable experience. Great people, easy to find products, and a very clean establishment. Very fresh looking inside. Parking was great for a Sunday afternoon. Excellent recommendation for anyone who enjoys target shopping.

Target offers a different lines of products than some of the other big stores. Good quality products for the most part. Worth checking out if your not finding what you want at other big stores.

My favorite location in this company. I just love it. My primary reason is because of the consistency in professionalism demonstrated with pleasantness by a staff led by great management from team member Tiffany. I must also make mention of a great young man who is an exemplary employee named Trevor in the electronic department. His knowledge was invaluable to me as I purchased a fantastic laptop. Many great products at great prices. Quality. Im grateful.

I was on a tight schedule for that day and I didn’t have time to go to the store and browse and pick out shoes. I easily ordered on line and walked into the store and got my item and left. The best part is there was no wait (which cant be guaranteed every time) but was very helpful for this day.

While doing an order pick up I was shorted an item. When I got home, realized it, and called I was told they wouldn’t refund my money for that item and I had to come back in and claim it in person. Unfriendly, unhelpful customer service.

This location is my favorite with the best outstanding service of any other stores in this company and they should be the barometer for which all the others are measured in their professionalism. Hey, you know that one place where they have a Geek Squad to help you with your electronics? You know the place where the professional experts give you inadequate advice while huffing and puffing the entire time because are taking up their time? You know the place Im talking about. That would not be the case at this Target in Huber Heights. There is an outstanding individual named Trevor in the electronics department at this location who not only takes his time but is absolutely fabulous with the information that he offers you and very insightful. Not once did I feel hurried and not once did I feel that I was bothering him though I had a thousand questions because I am an old man. This guy can write his ticket for a great future! One other employee that needs to be recognized is the manager Tiffany who is extraordinary in her courteous demeanor where she offers sincere and dedicated customer service recognizing that if it were not for you they would not exist (other companies would do well to remember that).

The team leads treat you like a problem. They dont actually clean the store. The teams leaders care more about how much money theyll make that day rather than how your experience there is. Dont recommend going there. Store Director Stephen seems lazy and inconsiderate of guests especially with some of the rude staff hes employed.

Today, March 24, 2021, I went to Target 🎯 to grocery shop for the first time. I found all 15 items on my list. The store is/was clean, only one person ahead of me in checklane, the cashier was super pleasant.

I find great stuff at Target, love the app and just love the feel of the store.

I paid for an online order an hour before I arrived at the store, yet when I get there it isn’t ready even though it said it was in-stock online. An hour later I find out that someone had purchased it while I was in the store, after I had already asked about it, and after I already paid for it. My opinion of Target has gone down immensely.

Used the buy online and pick-up in store option for the first time at the Huber Heights location and Im very pleased. They had what I needed and the price was great. Staff member in the pick-up area was very nice and quick.

It was so easy to pick up your item at Target. Even though my bar code would not come up on my iphone, the employee was very sweet and kind. I told her my name and she took it down and quickly went to get my order. She was back within minutes. It was a good way to order.

The toy section is always empty, you guys havent restocked in months meanwhile Ive see. Other targets from around the state have plenty of product available yet you guys have nothing. The funko wall is empty, the Neca wall is also empty. Its so annoying when this is the only target close enough to me thats not an hour away

Great place to shop! They have good deals for quality products. It is very convenient because they have the little snack area up front in case you are hungry/ thirsty.

I only go to target usually once a year, usually around Christmas time. This year is a bit different bc I’m newly disabled, and I’m still adjusting to a lot of changes in life. If that weren’t the case I may have caught this sooner but at the same time, I know the last 3 years in a row I’ve had the same issue with every single visit to Target. Not only this location either, the fact is that Targets pricing systems are a huge failure. Or maybe it’s the employees failing? I don’t know. But I know there’s another big chain store that everyone compares to target all the time, and says that store is ghetto in comparison... it might be but they’ve never messed up this bad.This incident happened on 12/28/18. I can no longer drive bc I have narcolepsy and I was in a semi rush to catch a bus... narcolepsy also impacts your ability to pay attention to detail so issues like this most likely hurt people like myself more than other people who might notice quicker.On my receipt I had these 4 little mini tin pale canisters full of gumballs that were supposed to be Christmas clearance. They sat on a side table that said “$3 and under!” And then it also had a sign that said “50% off listed price!” I got them for my kids before anyone judges, they’re only 11 and this years Christmas forced me to admit that all Christmas “magic” isn’t magic at all bc of my situation.So to average person, the MOST these stupid gumballs could cost is $1.50. But it was a semi large can of gumballs, but GUMBALLS nonetheless. In my rush out of the door paying, I did noticed the pricing was high. I bought mostly food, I used my EBT card, then paid with a $40 gift card and STILL had to pay $10 in cash which blew my mind at the time, but I couldn’t figure out what caused it until today.The 4 gumballs... they were different colors so they had different SKUs and apparently that’s too complex for their system. The full price being $5.99 (absurd for gumballs!) 1 charged me $2.99, and the other 3 charged me FULL price of $5.99.But that didn’t explain why I paid $50 outside of my ebt payment and then I noticed the little marks off to the right of each item... and that made it click for me. Not only did they overcharge me $14.97 for some friggen gumballs but they also have them charging as if they’re general merchandise! Or At least NOT edible bc they didn’t charge them to my EBT card which forced me to pay cash(GC etc) for them.This is a bigger issue than for just me, if I didn’t notice I’m sure there’s tons more that didn’t and that’s something people start class actions for. Target makes money on money, but they don’t make as much profit on EBT payments. Ill def be going back, but given that this isn’t a first or even second offense for them, I think it’s time someone look into it further and monitor what they’re doing behind the scenes. I still can’t understand how they charged them as non food items even though they rang up under the grocery section. Smh.

Great service. I ordered online, received a confirmation email.I retrieved a barcode on my phone. Went into pick up and displayed barcode to employee who scanned it (touchless) and brought the product out.I was only in the store for 5 minutes.

This was my first Pick Up order. Haley was organizing what looked like a big pile of returns, but when I walked in the door, Haley could tell that I was looking for the place to pick up my item. It took less than a minute to get my item, and the employee was friendly, professional, and acted with a sense of urgency. I was blown away.

I’ve always had a good experience at this store. Last Saturday I came in looking for an outfit after gaining some weight, so I had to get a bunch of different sizes. 😒 I had asked the lady at the dressing room if she’d mind if I left my cart to run to the restroom before trying on all these clothes. She said of course and she asked if “I would mind if she put my clothes in the room while I was gone”. Y’all. This kind soul not only put all my clothes in a big room, she even separated everything by pants, shirts, jackets, etc. I almost cried. She made my day She was just a really kind and sweet person and she really made me feel loved without even knowing me!Love target!!

I have always loved shopping here, but today, every employee that I passed didn’t greet me or even smile at me. In my opinion, if you don’t want to be there, don’t work there. When working with the general public, you need to be friendly and have a good customer service demeanor. I won’t be shopping at this Target anymore.

Helpful employees

The reason I selected this score is because I feel that I was racially profiled. I did not enjoy my visit to this location. I came to the store to purchase a few tops. The moment I stepped inside the store, I was followed around like I was a criminal. I also felt unwelcome and very uncomfortable. This was my second visit to this store. The first visit(12 months ago) went fine. I had never experienced that, and it made me feel very uneasy. There was a young male employee that kept walking back and forth staring in my direction while I was in the juniors section. He kept looking over at me like I was about to steal something. And finally after I had made my purchase at the self check out and was walking out, there was a female employee who had followed me to the door as I was walking out, trying to make sure I didnt take something. Again, this made me feel extremely uncomfortable and when I got out to my car I didnt know what to think. Neither of the employees said a word to me while I was in the store, but it didnt change the fact that they stereotyped me based on my skin color. I will not be visiting this location again. I like Target and would like to continue to shop at Target but not at this location. I will go to another location or shop online. I feel as though the employees at this store need to be retrained and they need to learn how to treat customers, because this is not the way.

Great clean place

On August 22nd around 1100 am. I was not warmly greeted, instead I was yelled at by the greeter/cart organizer employee who rudely said um you need a mask to shop here. Before i could even turn around to go get a mask, a second employee, big tough guy chimed right in and said yeah its our store policy and its the law. Lousy customer service.

They keep it clean and the shelves organized. The lines are usually never long, either. Its so easy to take my 16 month old and his 5 year old sister along with me.

Store is clean, employees are ok. No one is overly friendly. Target does have a good variety in different departments. Great stationery, makeup, baby section. Electronic department is lacking. I would definitely recommend shopping here.

Its always so neat and inviting, from groceries to clothes to candles - I can find everything I need and the quality is superb!!!!

The choice to pick up inside or the drive up

The best Target in Ohio, hands down! I travel for work and work out of the states three big cities (Cincinnati, Columbus and Cleveland), live in Dayton. This is always the cleanest, most well stocked and organized Target. Bravo!

I had some issues with an online order on Black Friday. I ended up calling into the store twice and had a lady in customer service that was terribly rude and quite unhelpful. I ended up calling back a third time and asked to speak to the manager. Melinda- the manager went out of her way to fulfill my order and track down the missing items. SHE WAS FABULOUS and completely made up for my bad experience. :)

Its very easy to find the stuff you need there and get out fast. The best part is the cafe they have try there pizza. Also they have alot of parking space.

Most of the things I wanted were easy to find and well marked. Clean store,a little wet at the door but it is snowing outside. Not to busy considering how close it is to Christmas but once again it is snowing outside for the first real snow of the season.

Great clothing for my kids especially my son who is on the spectrum and cannot do buttons on jeans etc. They have cute pants with stretchy tops that don’t look like sweat pants. My go to store.

Every department in Target had trendy stuff most of the time I think items are reasonably priced for the quality. I don’t look certain areas because I do think it’s a tad over priced such as cleaning goods and food but if I need some cute decor or children’s clothes it’s my go to store! I think they could use more staff in departments but that’s typical of any store. My only complaint is the bathroom, they have the worst bathrooms, I think it’s an all around Target problem because Beavercreek is just as bad. I’ve had to tell staff numerous times, nobody ever seems concerned at how absolutely disgusting the facilities are. Disappointing.
