Ordered a set of clubs online, and did not receive 5, 7, or 9 irons. I called customer service to ask why this was, and the person who answered informed me that the set I ordered only came with 4/6/8 irons. I said ok, Ill check the website to make sure, maybe I made a mistake. I then asked why someone would order a set without 5/7/9 irons, as I was genuinely curious. The representative immediately began yelling at me, saying its not his fault, I messed up, people can order whatever they want, its not up to him to decide what people want, and on and on. His rant went on for a minute or two before I hung up (he clearly had no interest in stopping any time soon). I checked the website and it does list that the set only comes with 4/6/8 irons, in a clunky paragraph towards the middle of the page (so definitely my mistake ordering the set, although the terrible website design isnt exactly conducive to informed purchasing).No idea if the clubs I got are any good yet, but the customer service was hands down the worst Ive ever experienced. Would have considered ordering the 5/7/9 irons separately through this company (again, my fault I didnt read the entire page thoroughly), but will not be after that phone call. I hope the guy I talked to gets the help he needs.

Im a rank beginner at this sport so take my review with a grain of salt. But these clubs are really well designed and put together. Solid construction, and everyone who has looked at them always says they cost twice as much as what I paid. Ive never felt that the club has let me down just my skill. The covers are well stiched, the shafts are sturdy but not heavy and offer the proper amount of flex as marked on the shaft and the club designs are similar to all the current manufacturers.These guys may not compare to those $5k sets but for my skill level and their feel I dont see myself trying anything different anytime soon.

Im very disappointed in this company. I had been on the fence about ordering these clubs for months, and decided to do it. I ordered the clubs on Saturday before labor day, but something unexpected came up a day or 2 after and emailed them on Tuesday about cancelling (it was the first business day since labor day was that Monday). I emailed Tuesday night, called a few times Wednesday and emailed again, and emailed again Thursday morning. All this time, on the website said it was processed and said I would be notified when it was shipped. I didnt hear until the day it was supposed to be delivered, conveniently enough. Im thinking they just waited and hoped I would decide to keep the clubs because I wouldnt want to pay the return shipping. I have a tall brother who was looking into getting tall golf clubs. I am going to make sure he doesnt buy from here. I would suggest avoiding them. They are reasonably priced, and quick shipping, but good luck if you have any problems

Ordered on the 15th finally got a tracking number in their website after calling.tracked my clubs rite to tempe az.front porch . The only problem is my front porch is in pa.i called and was told I was given a wrong tracking number.(kinda funny about the front porch instructions being the same) so I wait for another one . Call again now its like the 21st or so and Im told there on their way for sure and will get a tracking number ! Yeah! TDay is the 25th no email or posting of a tracking number in my log in on their site. Guess Ill give it another day then Ill have no choice but to stop payment on my card.they could have been more honest with me. I would have been really understanding . As they say honesty really is the best policy!😁

No one answers the phone, several of the emails dont work, and their website is horribly broken. Just wanted a set of clubs and it has turned into a giant fiasco.

2 days from ordering to receiving my new driver. Great service. Used it on the course last Monday and could not believe the contact with the club, the trajectory and the distance. A wee bit concerned about the low price against a Calloway, but no complaints so far. Love it.

I needed a set of inexpensive longer clubs due to my height of 6 5. I ordered a +2 length of the Magnum Executive Series clubs set and they fit me perfectly. Took them out to driving range today and they hit straight and true. I am extremely pleased! Of note, the clubs were about $40 cheaper from the AGXGOLF website than on Amazon.

I purchased a full set of Magnum series irons and hybrids. I am 63 and needed +1 clubs. I could not be happier with the quality and customer service as well as the value. I have been playing with, an essentially, custom set of clubs (shaft material and flex, length and grip size) and have seen a marked improvement in my game. My coach, a PGA Master Professional, even commented on the quality. Deal with this company with complete confidence.I would also like to know what value the 1 star review at the bottom of the page is with absolutely no explanation or detail
