They didn’t have my size in stock at the Howell store so they helped me with an online order which never went through because they were out of stock so instead of refunding to my debit card they are sending a paper check, also they were terrible about informing me of this by email I found out by calling so all in all I only gave them a star because I had to....... sadly disappointed with their lack of customer service

Went in to buy a pair of shoes. The size I needed wasnt in stock. The employee was very helpful as and had them shipped to my home (free shipping). Received them 2 days later and was highly satisfied with the shoes.
