Arrived for the recommended scheduled routine vehicle maintenance at the local new and used vehicle dealership. Was pleasantly and respectfully greeted before being escorted to the customer waiting area where there a quick briefing on what was about to transpire occurred. Once work was later completed, a bill was presented, explained, and pleasantly paid for.

Right when I walk in there are several people waiting at their computers to help me. They are always super helpful, welcoming and nice. The waiting room is really clean and always well stocked. When I have to work they have a little quiet area that I can talk on my cell phone and plug in my laptop if necessary. They always wash my car and to a good job washing it. I would recommend them.

Bob Maxey of Howell Service Tream is just great. Competent, patient and they never give up to find the real problem. And finally the get you covered by Ford. Fair. Most important, though they are friendly and always supportive to their customer. I know my three rides are being taken care of at the highest level every time I drop one there.
As soon as I arrived for my maintenance appointment, the workers jumped on the job. Very professional, very thorough, and very friendly. The work was completed in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to come back for my next service, and will recommend the Bob Maxey service center to my friends.
My experience today with Howell Bob Maxey Service----First, online, there was a 2 week wait for an oil change-when I walked into the service writers area today, I was not greeted, even though I was the only customer there-after I left, I received a text message from them with a link in it to check on service progress, the link did not work-I later texted the service writer, which the text said you could do, and asked him if my car was done, I never got a response-when I picked my car up, I was told I could not use my Maxey dollars, because I didnt have $10 worth-Bob Maxey has a sign that says car wash with every service- when I saw that my car had not been washed, I asked about it and was told, the car wash is broken, come back some other time for a wash-I pay my bill, walk out to my car and discover that whoever parked it out front, left it in Drive not park----------I go back in to tell my service writer, he comes out and saysyour car could have rolled into the truck in front of it --offered no apology or explanation-then I get another text asking me to click a link to review my experience-that link did not work either-Judge for yourself
I had great service. Stopped in late one afternoon, because my steering seemed off. Turns out it was a broken inner tie rod. The staff was so helpful and got me back on the road that day, since we were leaving on a long trip the next day. Very grateful!
Was driving to Detroit and had a serpentine belt come off my Escape. The service department was awesome, fit me in right away, and had me up and running in less than 2 1/2 hours, even though they were having a fairly busy day. It was a great experience.
Went in to have an oil change came out with a leak. Took it back said it was fixed was still leaking. They never tighten the drain plug

My Ford Fiesta was recalled to make the adjustment that your company felt was necessary even though I was not having any problems with it. I called to make that appointment, was asked if I needed a ride home, and I did. Your program was 15B22B. The car was taken care of and I received a call that the car was ready. A car was sent to my house so that I could come to the dealer to pick up my car. Recently bought a used Ford Escape 2010 that had a few issues that we took it back in for. They nicely fixed the brake problem, and a small tear in the sunroof screen. But after over 4 days of the car being there, still 2 things not done. Which means we have to take it back again (not convenient due to work schedules) and hope that this time maybe they will complete the work in a timely fashion. People in the service area didnt seen to know where cars were (for other guests) and didnt seem interested in helping.

The sales team is amazing and they are so kind and courteous. We have purchased two vehicles here, but the service department has really gone downhill since we have been here. They are rude and do not listen. Hopefully, it will be back on par again

So I’m looking for a new dealership closer to home and Bob Maxey was the first one I thought of when I needed service for a recall. When I walked in there were 3 or 4 guys standing there. No one said a word. Finally a guy walked up and asked me what I needed and I immediately felt like I was inconveniencing them. The guy who wrote up my service (Billy) was nice enough but even after finding out it was my first time here, no one really made it seem like they appreciated my business. I may or may not bring my car back the next time I need something. There’s always Brighton Ford. 🤷♀️
Ive been here several times now. I love the comfort of the waiting room. I can read the paper, watch TV, have a coffee, popcorn or plug in and surf the net. The wait time flys by. The write crew is extremely patient and helpful. Why would I go elsewhere?

I finally got my replacement airbag!! I got it on 6-21-16 because Dan (service manager) put one aside for me and contacted me before Ford Motor Company did. As usual, I was treated in the same friendly, courteous manner that Im always treated with. Couldnt be happier!PS Ford Motor Company sent me a letter a week later informing me that the replacement airbags were in. I enjoyed telling Dan about that.
My Taurus SHO died on a backroad Wednesday morning - fuel system component failure. Car was towed into Maxey service lot by 1:00pm. They diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, had me back on the road by Thursday afternoon. If you have a modern hi-tech vehicle, need it fixed right the first time, done quickly and at fair price, only place to go is Maxey. OUTSTANDING !
If you want a smooth low pressure sales experience you need to call Will Andrews in new vehicle sales! This was not my first purchase from this dealer. There is a reason I drove an hour to buy a new vehicle and drove past several other dealers to get to Howell.

They repaired my Mazda 3 on an insurance claim but did a really bad job. You can see the repaired area and they didnt fix the mirror that I explicitly told them was damaged. I called havent got a call back
I came in panicked about a large scratch in my truck. They brought the truck in and cleaned the area and showed me that most of what I was seeing was from the awning I drove under and most of it washed off. The scratch (in the roof) was not even through.And no charge.I am sooooo pleased with the service guys.

Great service department. Except I think I may have a malfunction on my computerized dashboard display. I went for a oil change two weeks ago and the Check Oil Notification keeps appearing when the car starts.

End result would be a 5 however the communication between the body shop and myself was little shoddy! Was not informed my car would need to be in the body shop for 2 full days nor was I offered an alternative in a timely manner! Repair of car and everything else was great!
Bob Maxey is fantastic! I had to take my ST to the body shop due to a chip sealing disaster on the road I live on, and Bob Maxey got it all cleaned up and looking like new again. Also, I just took it in the service department for some regular maintenance and they took care of me and had me back on the road in no time.

I was very pleased with Bob Maxeys service- for my Chevrolet HHR. I came in for a LOF- they took my car in- got it done, while I waited in their comfortable waiting room, next to the New car showroom. The car was done very timely- washed & ready for me. Thank you- all the service folks are great. I really have appreciated- the two or three times I have taken my car for the minor service that I needed.
I recently bought my Escape from Bob Maxey and was quite impressed. My dealer was Tina Socha (sp?), and she was great. There was no BSing or typical salesman behavior. She was a straight shooter with me. I have pretty crappy credit and had gotten financing from one group, but what I didnt know was that the interest rate was astronomical. Tina was actually able to get me financing at a lower interest rate and an extended warranty. Getting a hold of Tina throughout the process was really easy, and over all it was great. Tech person who did the work spilled and left oil in plastic undercover, oil leaked all over driveway, had to bring to Brighton ford to make sure there was not a leak. Second time this has happened, would not recommend service
