1. On the money side of things, this was by far the cheapest estimate I received for my car and when it was all said and done, my total was slightly less than expected2. I came in for the initial estimate and mentioned that I couldnt open my passenger door due to the damage. A guy came over with a tool and popped it out while we were talking so I could use the door again, never even had to move my car. I asked how much I owed for the estimate and my door and they didnt charge me.3. This place knows how to treat their customers well. The owner does all the customer service himself and is extremely friendly and respectful. Remembered me each time I came in, even asked me how my trip to Cedar Point was, something my mom had mentioned the day prior when she tried to pick up the car, only to realize I hadnt paid yet and I didnt have my phone (car had to stay another night till I got back in town to pay). He was super friendly about the whole mix up.4. At the end of the day, my car looks like it did before it got hit. They do great work here, they dont bleed you dry with the price and the customer service is excellent. Would recommend thoroughly!This is a little side note. For context, Im a young female driving a car clearly bought for me by my parents, its not a stretch to say most of the places Ive taken my car assume Im not the greatest driver, and dont know much about cars. Im not saying I get worse service from it, but it can be a little off putting when people noticeably try to dumb down their explanation more than usual; just something Ive noticed the times I take my car in myself versus when I have my dad or boyfriend. Never felt that way here, which is always nice.

Ive had two cars fixed at Buczek Collison, and they did a fantastic job. Would recommend them to everyone.

A few years back Buczek was paid to handle some minor rust on my Dad’s Mustang. We were told wed have the car back in two weeks and it took multiple phone calls to get the guy to even answer, he didn’t paint everything he said he would and we had to show up to get status on the car. We recieved the car after SIX weeks (again, with parts uncompleted). About two months later one “repair” started popping on the quarter. There was over a half inch of body filler! Im currently working on fixing the “repair” on the other quarter. Turns out the Buczek techs cant weld or something because instead of welding in a patch panel they cut out the rust in the outer and layed duraglass and filler IN THE HOLE directly over the inner quarter without EVER adding metal back.Honestly, this place is the biggest hack shop Ive ever seen and Ive seen some BAD work. Don’t bother taking your car in, it will fail after a month or two.

Either the wrong number is listed on every platform or you guys just can’t be bothered with new customersI’ve called multiple times today and left a voicemail early on.It’s now the end of the day and I still have no call back or an answer when I call.If you had my car already, I’d be livid at your lack of ability to use a phone.Guess I’ll take my insurance claim somewhere else.

Brian and his staff took excellent care of our family. The work was perfect and done quickly. They made the otherwise unpleasent experience of being in an accident very painless and easy. They arranged to have my car towed to their shop, worked with our insurance company, picked us up for a rental car, and kept us updated throughout the process. After our accident they took care of all the paperwork and issues until we picked the car up. I would recommend this body shop to anyone.
