Rick and Faber CNK Stone are awesome, simply put. We used their travertine tiles (silver) for our patio (thru contractor) and then bought silver travertine pavers directly from him for our pathways. Rick also recommended a paver installer contractor (see review for Amador Pavers) who was also excellent.Ricks prices are extremely fair. I was surprised that we could afford to get the same tile in pavers for our pathways given we needed over 300 16 X 16 pavers. The cost was just a bit more them using concrete formed pavers.Rick communicated quickly and frequently. He delivered exactly when we needed and when he committed to. He gave me multiple different tiles/pavers on loan to test.Also, these pavers are really high quality and beautiful. If I had more places for them, Id put in more. We couldnt be happier with the travertine pavers and pool coping that we purchased from Faber. The quality of the stone was excellent and the pricing was fair. I found them very easy to work with.We replaced a pea gravel patio deck and sandstone pool coping with travertine. We investigated the faux stone coating that can be applied on top of the pea gravel, but opted to remove the concrete and install travertine pavers. It was a little more money, but the finished look was well worth it. Pictured is the Arizona color.

Tierra was so wonderful to work with. She was pleasant, professional, and has good taste. I dont know if I could have gotten the material cheaper elsewhere but to me that wouldnt matter. The showroom and service are critical because you cant return stone. Only negative was the warehouse, the load was not ready and they did not separate the loads properly. Make sure you include that in the order.

I have worked alongside Rick and his freight provider Ross moving product all over the country. I wish every shipper and receiver I go to is as good as Faber and their contractors. They know their product well, how to treat and package it for transport. They are well versed in loading and unloading multiple types of equipment, from box trailers to flatbeds, full truckloads to a few pieces. Faber is kind, helpful, and punctual. Carriers are treated well and dont have to spend a lot of downtime getting loaded/unloaded. Time is money in the freight world, and Faber is cognizant of this. I recommend working with Faber to anyone that cares about respect, knowledge, and efficiency. Not enough good things to say about Rick and Faber in general!

Superb customer experience! These guys really know what they are doing and the quality of the service and materials is top notch. I put down about 900 square feet of the Leonardo stone for a back patio and it looks absolutely stunning. The packaging was excellent, as I didnt have a single cracked or broken stone upon unpacking 5 pallets. I will definitely be back and have already recommended to friends.

If I could, I would give Faber CNK 10 stars!!! Pelin, Aydin, and Rick are all phenomenal people to work with. We purchased Leonardo pavers for a new deck that is being built around our pool. We also wanted the same stone installed on our existing patio, which required a tile width as opposed to a paver width. The Leonardo tile, was not something they typically carried, however, with Pelin and Aydin access to the quarry, they were able to have the Leonardo tile pattern specially created and brought in from Turkey for us. Because of their direct access and their great prices, we were able to purchase this beautiful travertine stone for 3400+ square feet of outside patio and decking area.Pelin, Aydin, and Rick then worked with us when we wanted to purchase non-standard sized coping for around our pool. Our pool’s shape is a combination of straight edges and multiple curved radiuses. Rick and his fabrication team were able to use templates of the curves and custom cut 3’ long pieces of coping in Houston for around our pool that looks amazing and fits great. This took a lot of extra care, coordination, and communication to make this happen since we live in the Weatherford area. This is something not many companies would deal with these days, yet this group was willing and able to.All in all we can’t say/write enough positive things about this company, the people, the quality of their travertine, and the work they do. With their excellent prices and their willingness to work with us, they have made our outdoor living area possible.

My installer told me that I could purchase my own tiles for my kitchen project. I went to Floor and decor and the price was good but the selection quality was terrible. So I found Faber and was surprised to learn that they are a quarry direct importer and have the best pricing on travertine tiles. I got to speak directly with the owner Pelin and her partner Colin. They were very pleasant to work with and told me I could have delivery next day!

Best Stone Tile and Paver company Ive ever dealt with. Ive been in tile and remodeling for over 25 years. Rick Erhart is easy to get along with and very helpful with finding hard to get natural stone tile.

Look out for contractors they will charge 3 times the cost of the tiles. I just ordered 1000 square feet of french style tumbled travertine and literally saved 7,000 dollars. These guys know travertine and they helped me with how to install. Awesome guys to work with. Seriously saved 7,000 on just the materials . Did the work myself and saved another 2,500. Thats real money.

From the custom cut stone to the quick turnaround after my order I’m always impressed.

Excellent customer service! Tierra helped us with a couple of small things back early August when we were looking for some splitface brick & travertine pavers for our covered patio. We just now broke ground due to some delays & I recontacted her & she was great to help us again! She made the process so easy & I wished we wouldve known about Faber before we had picked out some of our other materials, bc I wouldnt hesitate to give them the business any day in the future! Their pricing is very reasonable too! Everyone else I dealt with at Faber was also friendly & helpful! Even though we only bought a couple hundred $ in materials, I was treated like we spent $20k!
