If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We ordered patio furniture first of June and was told 4-6 weeks. They were suppose to charge half up front and half when it came in. We were charged 2nd half in July and still havent received the furniture. Janette told me accounting didnt think the first charge went through thats why they charged again in july?? How do they not know that. Everytime we call they give a run around story about where the furniture is. Called this past Friday and was told it is on its way from Dallas and can pick it up Saturday or Sunday. Guess what we get there and apparently it was left in Dallas. Then told they were going to deliver it today but no one came and no one is answering there phones...... DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!

With the COVID 19 going on my wife and kids and I have spent a lot of time in the backyard enjoying our purchase. Furniture holds up well with my boys and wife enjoyed designing the backyard. I love making homemade pizzas with my new pizza oven. Over all great experience recommend to anyone looking for good quality outdoor furniture

Promises promises they have yet to deliver the outdoor chairs my daughter bought and paid for 6 months ago and they will not stand good on their word now they will not respond to messages or return phone calls.a horrible way to treat customers.

Wholesale Patio Design was fantastic! I recieved a patio set (three seater, two chairs) and a fire pit from this company. First, I never had any company say they will unload and put together something in my front yard before setting it in place so they dont make a mess. Super clean and really easy. Second, they took the time to place my furniture exactly were I wanted it. Third they explained the warranty, the features and everything about the what i bought. I had a terrible experience with the previous outdoor furniture i bought from another company. The cushions were faded within a month and the furniture itself cracked only a couple months later. This furniture looks amazing, quality is superb and to know if anything was to happen it protected for 5 years(cushions and all) LOVE IT!!!

Justin answered all our questions as we went to look at the showroom to consider getting a backyard patio kitchen, everything looks and feels high quality and I hope I can get the patio / kitchen I saw today!!
