I purchased two rockers and a side table in May 2021 from a local retailer. One of the rockers has not maintained the same nice shiny finish as the other rocker & table. Two of the pieces still look nearly brand new. The one rocker has faded considerably & the wood has split in a few places. All three pieces are in the same general area on my porch. I reached out to Leigh Country to find out about their warranty. I provided my receipt and pictures. It took over a week for someone to get back to me. They told me the chair was neglected and out of warranty with no further explanation and that my case was closed. I asked what the reason was for being out of warranty and was again told my case is closed. The person I spoke to is Cortina Richardson. It’s a shame they don’t stand behind their merchandise!

Just bought the rocker from them through Cracker Barrel. Its nice looking wood. BUT....Its almost impossible to assemble. Ive never seen anything like it. Just the worst design ever. Dont buy this unless you want to spend 6 hours putting it together.

I have 14 of these fantastic rocking chairs at my ranch and a few minor issues that they resolved IMMEDIATELY!Awesome comfortable rocking chairs that everyone loves, and MOST importantly they stand behind their products.

We bought a very nice, well made Leigh rolling cooler from a retail store but didnt realize until we got it home that it was missing a plug in the back. I contacted Leigh and explained the situation. Literally within 15 minutes I got a friendly response back saying they would send one out right away. Now THAT is customer service. We cant wait to use our cooler - love the vintage style and looks great on our patio!

Great product! I love this oversized rocker. Sturdy and attractive. Outstanding customer service! Overall I would recommend this product and company to anyone. I will be looking at their other lines of furniture as well.

The Char Log Leigh Country chairs are beautiful; we have 4 of them and receive compliments all the time. Even being wooden chairs they are really very comfortable and do not require cushions. I thoroughly enjoy the beauty and comfort of these chairs year around. I had commented in Facebook about they chairs loosing their shine and I received a comment back almost immediately. I also had commented on their website and the next day received instructions on how to bring the shine back. Great customer service.

Got a rolling cooler with brakes and I love it. The quality is excellent and it looks great.

We love our outdoor furniture. Wind knocked over our A frame swing and broke front leg. Called and they sent a replacement leg within a couple of days. Appreciate their quick response

Purchased a pair of adirondack chairs and there was an issue with one of the parts. I wrote the customer help email included with the chairs and within days, I had a replacement part delivered via FedEx at no additional cost. This was very well done and appreciated, and thus earns this five star review.

I ordered the coca cola cooler for my back patio for get togethers and I LOVE IT! Ive had several complements already. Leigh Country was wonderful to work with and has outstanding customer service. I would strongly recommend them for future purchases.

Quality is horrendous. First fountain I ordered cracked in under 2 weeks. Leigh Country was unable to replace all the parts so they had me work with the retailer. Retailer transferred a new replacement unit from another store. The new unit was cracked and missing parts. Leigh Country does not stand by their products. I was told to seek a refund from the retailer. What a waste of time.

Purchased a bench from them . A part was broken but customer service was helpful in shipping me parts fast and easy at no extra charge . Will order again to complete my backyard furniture set

Bought one of their big windmills and needed a unique part replaced due to my own fault and they sent me one free of charge (even after I offered to pay for it) right away after a short email chat. Great customer service and product!

This is the only place I could find really solid, large, real wooden furniture for my patio. The size and quality of the furniture is the best I have come across for the price. Love the rustic look!

I love the rockers and double chairs I have from Leigh Country. They are on our back patio and take a lot of sun. Like any true wood furniture they will require some sealing but it well worth it. My husband is a big guy and loves the fit. My kids are hard on them and you cant tell. Planning to add a side table and coffee table to our collection.

I purchased a Leigh Country Windmill- 9 Texas Flag- from our local HEB. It is perfect for our front yard decor. After about 9 months we had a windstorm here in Central Texas and the windmill toppled over and the fan and top swivel were damaged beyond repair. I reached out to HEB and they provided the customer service number of Leigh Country in Houston. I contacted them and spoke to Kaynell about my situation. She immediately sent out a new fan and went the extra mile by sending some additional parts that I ended up using. I now have a like new windmill thanks to Kaynell and Leigh Countrys excellent customer service!! With this kind of assistance, months after the sale, I would not hesitate to buy from Leigh Country again!

Product is garbage. Buyer beware.
