There are no words to describe my experience with Gregory Frederick at Alyson Jon. I knew from the first time we met in the showroom that I wanted to work with him. I never considered using a designer in the past because I love to shop and decorate-- but I was starting over completely after Hurricane Harvey and from the mess that a contractor made of our home...I didnt even know where to begin!After one visit to my home and several hours in the showroom together, Gregory transformed our empty house into an amazing home that I never want to leave! After losing everything to Harvey, I didn’t know where to turn for furniture and decor. Alyson Jon was recommended. Amazing! I walked in and thought I’d just browse. Two hrs later I walked out feeling so excited. A gentlemen & desgner, Gregory, jumped right in and asked me what we needed. He listened to my tale of woe, and made me feel so comfortable. After walking the floor with him and answering questions about this and that he got me! Today after 4 + weeks of planning, Gregory brought a crew of two experts and pulled our house together like never before. To say We love it is an understatement. The litmus test was pleasing my husband & he was overwhelmed with our new look. My husband gave nine months of his sweat and blood devoted to restoring our home, that to please him with a finished product that made us both happy was always uppermost in Gregory’s desire to give us a new home. It worked! Alyson Jon worked with us in every way possible. Thank you Gregory, Katie, and Alyson Jon. You’ve made our lives whole again and our home beautiful in a whole new way.

They advertise something on their website, and I drive all the way to the store!The salesman doesnt bother him to show that one, and keep saying that it is expensive and is better for you to buy it online, from other stores!

From our first time in the store, the staff at Alyson Jon Interiors made my wife and me glad that we had chosen them to help us remodel our home. Their furniture options were very much in line with what we had hoped to find, i.e. the sleeper sofa of very high quality, accessories which were eye catchers, and fabric selections which suited all our needs in the most attractive way. Alyson Jon also offered interior design advice (at no extra charge) which encouraged us to use many of the furnishings which we already owned, blending them with the soon-to-be new items; and, if they could not provide a particular item, they led us to explore other places where we could locate that piece. We highly recommend Alyson Jon Interiors to our friends who continually admire our new look and ask for the secret.

These are scammers!! they took me and my roomates money!! when it comes to moving, fimacials, we do not play! and that’s exactly what this company does. i hope yall read reviews before yall get services from anyone! please save your money and look elsewhere for your business! the situation was so horrible we have to involve legal action at this point... and they really threatened to call authorities anytime we attempt to contact them for our services. they are constantly lying about services/products and do not listen to anything!!

I left work early to purchase a sectional for my new house. The sales woman was unhelpful, unfriendly, and condescending. She treated us as if we were going to steal something or ruin the furniture. We asked about sectional designs, and instead of working with us to pick out a brand, fabric, and details, she told us to look at the brands websites.We tried to explain to her that we were interested in purchasing a sectional, and had already done our research and knew what we wanted, and just needed help with ordering and customization. Instead of sitting down with us to pick out fabrics and arm styles, she handed us some flyers from different brands which we already saw on the brands websites. She then determinedly ushered us out the door. Maybe if she wasnt so quick to judge us by our age, she would have gotten $20,000 worth of business from us. Instead we took our business to Meredith ODonnell where they treated us with respect and professionalism.

They made my dream house into reality! They have beautiful furniture, spectacular artwork, the best linens and most importantly dedicated knowledgeable staff!!

Unfriendly service. And if you have a disability this is NOT the place to go. It has difficult accessibility to the front door and I was told there were only stairs to the merchandise on the second floor.

Was treated very poorly by an employee named Gregory, had a very anti social manner and would not stop harassing my friends at the most inopportune times during our browsing, not shopping here again solely because of that experience.
