SEMITRUCK: No Overnight Parking, only outside on the street, very narrow to backup your rig but everything went fine. Door 21 for shipping/Receiving, also gate is on street and you have to go out same way you came in.

Very pleasant people. Easy to find but small parking area. Best to park on the road and walk in.

Very slow for unloading trucks, truck drivers the best way is to park outside and check in or you’ll stack inside because they will say we will call you

As a small business owner you expect people to know how to do their job with common sense and courtesy of other companies bottom line..... Not Staples! They dont honor their next day delivery and instead of trying help resolve the matter they only end up making it worse! Ive been in business almost 6 years and I decided to deal with this company over their competitors, this is my last time trusting them to be able to fulfill my orders for my business! The representative on the phone was very rude and unengaged, the chat specialist is the lady person who instead of advising me that what I was seeing was not completely updated, just cancelled the order and placed it for reshipment which is delaying the process and costing me time and money that it shouldnt. Once I receive my items I will SEVER ALL TIES AND DEALINGS WITH STAPLES! Your competitors have just gained a new client!!!!!!!!

Horrible place. Wont call back and hang up. Hard to get ahold of someone there, when theres over to 10 workers.

Backed up to the door at 5:30am. Four hours later I am still not unloaded.
