This is not a Houston based company. It is an Austin based company trying to do business in Houston. The name is misleading.Terry Bogner and his team of one wasted an important amount of our time trying to land a sale. When we requested to see their facilities and have references we never heard back from the guy. Their Galleria office is just a suite to receive mail. Nobody works from there.When we did our research we selected OnDemand. Very established in town, large facilities and good local references and has provided good service.

One of my clients was in the market for new copiers for their business. Terry went above and beyond helping us for over 6 months to walk us through the ins and outs of researching new copy equipment. After months worth of investigations and numerous bids from various companies, we choose Houston Copier. Great customer service all around. Terry was extremely responsive and easy to work with. It took less than a week for us to negotiate a contract and sign a lease for a new MFP. Terry listened to my needs and didnt try to upsell me on a fancier model with all the bells and whistles like some of the other companies had been trying to do. Scheduling a delivery was just as painless. Luis came yesterday and set us up without a hitch. Even with some of the issues we had with individual laptops, Luis had a work around and was able to troubleshoot the problem. He was extremely knowledgeable and quick. He was in and out of our office in less than an hour.All in all, a great experience. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a copier.

I highly recommend Houston Copier Leasing for all of your leasing needs. They were fast, friendly and efficient. The process was simple and easy and I received my printer within 48 hours. The installation technician Angel Cruz was extremely knowledgeable and well prepared. All in all it was a great experience.

When my Multifunction stopped powering up, I was frantic - called the manufacturer who offered no help but a tangled voicemail menu. I then googled and found Terry who had his tech, Angel call me within 5 minutes. Angel helped me identify a fuse on the power supply that I purchased from an electronics store for $4. The printer was up and running in no time - and I didnt have to spend barely anything. Houston Copier did not have to offer this help to me - but it is a testament to the type of people they are and I would only call them for any future copier/printer service. Thanks guys!
