I didnt even purchase my car from you folks but since my car was on the recall list for the air bags, the service was complimentary. I was in total shock when the representative knocked on my door. If I were to receive a call about the issue, I would have thought it was a spam call. This is such a great thing and your customer service skills exceed anyone in the nation. Thanks again.

Central service department workers are TRASH and UNPROFESSIONAL. Nissan should truly be embarrassed to have their name stamped on this dealerships service department. The service boys lack commitment, empathy, and respect for their customers and their manager Mr. Gore, who is nice but too nice to effectively supervise his very undisciplined staff members. Chris L is definitely one of the workers who speaks disrespectfully and doesnt even deserve to have a job dealing with the public.

These people are definitely crooks, the photos posted online show no damage to vehicle arrived to location after a 40 minute drive & vehicle has a lot of damage. A/c has knocking sound & vehicle smells like it was overheating but coolant was put in to prevent detection on gage also, the airbag & tire light was on but he said it was a sensor an additional $900 in fees were added to pricing & when I went back online to look for another vehicle they raised the price $3000 more. While leaving the location someone stop me in the parking lot saying dont buy here these people are crooks. I definitely believe the other reviews base on my experience.

Should of researched for reviews before going here. Totally agree with some of these reviews about false advertising. Went there for one price and got jacked up form 13,991 to 26500plus, to end up having a broken used 2017 Jeep Compass Sport with a little less than 49,000miles after having it for 19 days not even driven for 10 days. (Bought on 5/3/2021 broke on 5/21/2021). Went back on 5/22/2021 to just get out of there with a bigger debt. We ended up getting another vehicle, because my credit is very important to me. I was sold another vehicle for a little over 18000, came out with a 31600 debt, which includes a $3200 cash back and an almost $7000 negative escrow because they took back what they sold me broken as a trade in. Oh and when I was there after the first car broke 3 other customers got there with issues with their vehicle that they had bought from there. So, is it a problem with sales person or their mechanics? Can someone direct me to corporate phone number, I have searched the web but no luck.**This is a reply to Nissan response*** What are yall going to do about it?? Nothing?

If you are in the market for a new car. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I called and asked for a particular make, model and trim. I specifically asked if it was on-site and after being put on hold the guy Byron comes back and told me they had 4 on the lot, set up an appointment for a test drive. Went directly over there only to find out they did not have any. I called the number again on their website while at the dealership, got the same guy and asked him if he is sure the cars were still available. He put me on hold again and came back to say he is sure. I told him I am at the dealership and there is no car and he dropped the call. Called again, got someone else and the same thing happened. Essentially, the lie to get you in. But they were happy if I signed a purchase contract for a non-existent car that was 5k over what is obtainable somewhere else. I walked, it is my money and I choose where to spend it. After reading this and you still feel like going, dont say you werent warned.

The car runs great and I’m not one for suggesting places to people but i referred my sister to them after she totaled her van . Very evident from the texts that I’m looking for a specific vehicle. I DRIVE 1 hour to Central Houston, wait almost 1 hour. For them to tell me lies. We spoke to 2 different salespersons. One could not find the keys. The other one gave us a detailed story of how the USED vehicle was in THEIR shop for a detailed inspection. We ended up talking to the manager, who told us the truck was not at Nissan, but with Ford. THEY BASICALLY WANTED TO SELL US A MORE EXPENSIVE VEHICLE, AND THIS WAS BAIT. Incompetent …liars…& manager admits his team needs training on communication. I would give zero stars if possible.

He never stopped until I was satisfied with my purchase and completed my deal. Stay away from this place. They will try to bait and switch you. I called them about a car I saw listed online to make sure it was still there and the price was correct, because I was coming from an hour away with my newborn and wife. The lady promised me the car was still there and the price was correct. After arriving they said they couldnt find the car and tried to show me not as nice cars for the same price. After looking at the reviews online I found I wasnt the only one this happened to.

I needed to get my wheel locks removed after discount tire lost my wheel lock key. When I called them I got an approximate price and was told I did not need an appointment. I pulled up to the door (was my first time getting service & was confused as to what to do so I walked inside and asked the person at the desk and he told me to pull all the way up and wait inside my vehicle). The attendant then asked what I needed and said she would get an advisor. He came out and did the process for checking in and took it to get looked at. The waiting room was nice, clean and spacious. My advisor kept me updated along with the link I received. I arrived close to 6 and was out around 6:30pm. Would definitely recommend them.

I went to Central Nissan for a battery on Monday. The advisor was very rude. No personality. He didnt even greeted me. It took two and half hours to change my battery. The advisor sent a text to my phone instead of walking to waiting area to communicate what going on with my car. Advisor knew I was pressed for time so he made I was delayed. It was all intentional. He lefand went got breakfast instead of sending my paperwork to the technician. Third battery since 2019 that they had to replace and I was charged almost the same amount of money for prorated that I originally paid for the battery. They also charged me labor for replacing there battery. When I called to speak to the Service Manager they said he was busy and refused to transfer the call. The worst service I ever had. Needless to say, Im glad I found out about them. I had just recommended two people to them to purchase a vehicle. After that incident they are moving on to somewhere else. They will never have to worry about me again. Theres other Nissan Dealership I can spend my money 💰.

I bought a Nissan Titan in August. First, the finance rate I signed for is not the rate I got when I received my statement from the finance company. Supposedly the bank that initially agreed agreed do the loan backed out and so another bank handled financing (1% higher). Then I has a deep paint gas on my tailgate ans they agreed to fix it. I had to call them repeatedly and when I took my truck back after a week, they put touch-up paint that didnt even match my truck. I also had to keep asking about a GPS Tracker installed on the truck that I never received access to. My truck has now been in the shop twice to repair the turbo charger. I have now taken it to a different Nissan Dealer for repairs.

From Diana G to the Manager of the center they will not try and help you, worse customer service ever i was left in the office by myself for over 2 hours with no help while they were “supposed” to be running my credit . When i finally decided 9am-2pm was extremely too long to be sitting and waiting for little to no information, they were all sitting in the front of the store taking selfies or sharing my information as a joke . After dropping my vehicle off at the dealership, it was not until the next day that I was able to pick it up after service was performed. I was made aware that there would be a delay. The service agent mentioned the delay was due to the backlog of vehicles that had came before me. I understand and went about my day. I mention this to say that other customers may not be as understanding and may feel that the wait was excessive for simple maintenance. I advice that each service agent mention the delay as mine did so that customers have a expectation that is reasonable to the work load of the shop.

I cant believe I fell for a classic bait and switch. They had a late-model used car that was exactly what I was looking for, with low mileage and a great price. I set up a test drive via text messages. I was told to show up and ask for Melissa.When I got there, they seemed not to know who I was, and there was no Melissa available. The receptionist asked a random salesperson to help me, who took me to an office, sat me down, and asked, What can I do for you? As if they had no idea why I was there. The vehicle in question was nowhere in their system, even after we checked the VIN, and the salesperson said they normally didnt stock that type of vehicle. They left to go talk to their manager, saying maybe it had just arrived and wasnt in the system. Yet the website where I found it said it had been listed for 130 days.After waiting for fifteen minutes with no sign of the salesperson or the manager, I decided to leave. When I got home that evening, the car was no longer listed online. But the next day, it was back!Checked online reviews to find that my experience was essentially identical to the ones had by many others who have posted their stories. If you find a great deal listed online at this dealership, look elsewhere and dont waste your time like I did.

The employees here as well as management are absolutely horrible. I went to speak to a manager multiple times and waited hrs without speaking to anyone. They charged me thousands over MSRP and intentionally lied. They falsely advertise online prices as well. Be CAREFUL and if you read this review you were lucky. This is the honest truth! Id give ZERO starts if I could. They gave me their word they would hold a vehicle for me while I make a 4 hour drive with sales person Chris fully aware I live in Dallas. Got a text message from Chris one hour before the agreed appointment time, once I was already in Houston, saying they sold the vehicle. Still asked me to come in to the dealership to see what they could do which was nothing but keep asking to give them 10 minutes, 5 minutes, 3 minutes. What a waste of time, it was a SCAAMM!! no pleasant purchase experience here, I see this as a click bait in order to draw customers, Chris never showed up and they kept tossing us between salesmen. If Central Nissan is so hungry of money, dont do that to someone who lives 4 hours away!!!!! All they care is about their sells and their profits, they need to be respectful of peoples time. The Customer service was good. The sales people are nice. However, the car that was supposed to be reliable and make it, did not. The maintenance light started coming on day 2 after I bought the car. They do not refund your money nor will they take the car back. They took it back to service to fix. Then when I left with the car the maintenance light came on again, which means they did not fix it. It is a shame that they even had this car to sell knowing it has a problem. I have not had this car for 3 days and I have to take it back again to the dealership. I am missing work because of a bad used car. I just asked for my down payment back and to cancel the contract. The bank has not even processed the loan yet. I would never recommend this company to anyone!

So basically all the people who call me after I bought the car (total 4) and I had mention to every single conversation that I had an unpleasant experience with the finance manager NEVER PASS THE MESSAGE ALONG TO THE OWNER. The owner instead of pulling up my info in the system would rather for me to let him know through the survey. Kevin (person who sold me the car told me the survey will look bad on him if I leave a negative review). If you care about making your customers happy I recommend to stop being lazy, search my name in your system and actually give a call if you truly care about making up for the negative experience. I REPEAT GO TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP! They only care about money.

I took my car to replace the battery. When I picked it up the navigation system wasnt working. I took the car back and they told me the SD card was missing. They said they dont know what happened and pretty much blamed. And I had to pay out of my pocket to replace it 😡

Service department has been rude on multiple occasions when I have come to get my oil changed. Making comments about how I should upgrade because my car isnt keyless when I just got into this vehicle. How unprofessional and rude !I have leased from here twice and although I love my car I have been continuously disappointed with this locations customer service. They called me in late last year saying they could lower my monthly payment by coming in but instead tried to put me into a SMALLER vehicle. Wasted my time and I was very upset. Nothing moves quickly here, the car salesman seem to not know what theyre doing, I had my sales person quit a week after helping me and she was VERY new, she had to have help through the whole transaction which took far longer than it should have. If I continue with Nissan it will not be with this location, I am continuously unhappy with the service provided.

The wife and I had been car shopping for awhile, not a big fan of the general treatment and vibe we had been getting from other local dealers. Christian was the first salesman that really let us relax and do our thing until we were ready to talk about a purchase. Alex in the finance dept got us a ridiculously good rate, all things considered. Best car shopping experience Ive had yet. 100% going to buy my next vehicle from Central.

They ruined my Nissan Juke SL 2014, be careful with this dealer!!!. Always I did the car services in a Nissan dealer, thinking it was the best desition. Two months ago, the car engine started having a slight shaking and a strange clicking that worsened with time. I went in 10/09/2021 to Central Houston Nissan to do the service and asking for a diagnostic due to the issues i was feeling in the car.The diagnostic result came and said: Engine has no oil, there is evidence of bad oil change maintenance.... And the only solution is to change the engine and the turbo. My first question was, why my car engine doesnt have oil?, the car never showed me evidence of oil leakage, and the last oil change was made on Mars of the current year in the same place Central Houston Nissan.I asked them about that issue, and they responded that the car had inadequate oil change maintenance since we bought it as new.I am sure that the oil change they did, at the beginning of the year, they forgot to fill the oil on. I hope that the manager can give a coherent answer to this issue and a good answer for the result of the diagnosis.

Every time I come to the service department there is an issue. Making an appointment is pointless because they don’t honor it. They either mess something up during repairs or don’t complete everything. I came up here several times and asked for a recall to be fixed and they didn’t do it until recently because I went off. They have no concern for their customers time. If you don’t go find your service advisor they will leave you there wondering where your car is at. During my last visit my car sat untouched for over a hour because no one knew what was going on. Stay away from this service center!!!! I wish I could give it a zero.
