I recently had a bad experience with customer service in honoring a deal that they are no longer available (It was available at the time I purchased my car, of course). It was rejected by new person in charge who was just following the book. Fortunately, Todd the GM was aware of the issue and got it taken care of for me. I had a great experience buying my car here, but I just made a call to the service department and the guy I talked to Todd was so rude. I talked with him about the issues going on with my car then he told me it would be at least $400 and he cant guarantee the repair because it was worked on somewhere else. Oh well, no big deal I declined the appointment at that point. Todd then became hostile and aggressive that I would decline to pay for a repair he wouldnt guarantee. The nasty attitude is unacceptable and not convincing especially when the offer was so unappealing in the first place. Definitely avoid this service center, but 3 stars because I thought their sales department was excellent and had an amazing buying experience here. No stars for Todd.Edit: shortly after this posted I got an unsolicited call from them during a doctors appointment. They didnt leave a message so it was likely just more harassment about me not wanting to take my car to them. Very unprofessional that I need to tell these people over and over again I dont want their work that isnt guaranteed. I understand why they dont want to guarantee it and Im not enjoying the attitude about me not wanting an appointment with them. Im not just a stupid person who doesnt understand. I just dont want the work done there and have already found a different service center that will guarantee their work. If I owe something for some reason they should send an email or call and leave a message because I dont need anything from yall and I havent changed my mind.

Great virtual/long distance service from Juana Bailey. I inquired about cars they may have that meet my needs and she was able to give video tours and details about all the features that came with the vehicles as well as upgrades that could be added to the vehicles. I had such a fantastic experience last Friday (9/3/2021) at Jeff Haas Mazda. From the 2016 Mazda CX-3 test drive with Kevin to the finance portion of the purchase with Kortney, the whole process took less than two and a half hours. My husband just thought the deal fell apart when I got home so fast...but quite the opposite!! I liked this dealership so much that next time I need or want a car, I am just going to see what they have on the lot just so I can use their services again. Oh, and their facility is spotless and super high-tech, everyone is professional and courteous and they actually have inventory, which is rare these days! I wish I could give them ten starts to be honest. Well done you guys!

The whole process from arriving at the dealership to signing the paperwork work took about 2 hrs. The least amount of time I have ever spent buying a car. I would highly recommend both George as a salesman and Jeff Haas as a dealership.

I am very satisfied with the car I bought. Joseph Sanchez was very patient and had keen attention to detail and foresight having several vehicles ready for a test drive. I enjoyed that he was able to negotiate and explain the price break down to come up with a fair deal.

Bad experience with this service department. Went in for a simple regular oil change and they put 5w-30 in a hybrid car (0-20w). Waste of time and first n last time to trust a stealership again.
