Ordered online and got delayed 2 weeks at first, then delayed a month. Customer support told me there was nothing they could do, and they wouldnt exchange my mattress for one in stock so we had a bed to sleep on. Called this Houston location as a last ditch effort to see if theyd let us pick up a mattress they had in stock and not only did Sean set that up, he contacted a different store that was closer to us and set up our pickup there. Really really appreciate him!

So i bought some sheets and dog bed from Casper and I’m so happy with the quality. When i was at the store i was impressed with the inviting environment and the actual products itself. I wanted to spend more and maybe actually buy a bed but they are sort of expensive and covid makes me hesitate on making large purchases. The stuff i did buy was amazing 10/10 would recommend

Horrible delivery customer service! I ordered 3 weeks ago and have called customer support 3 times and emailed 2 times. The phone calls have no follow up and no solution even yet. Online inquiries have gone unanswered. If you buy anything they can ship UPS you can estimate 2 weeks. If you are looking to buy the bigger wave hybrid mattress which so happens to be twice the price as the next tier down. Good luck even getting a call back. I am within days of cancellation of my order because I just can’t get it. You pay over 3k for a mattress you would think they would try to deliver it. Or at least try to make you feel better about them taking for ever!!! Not even a follow up. Very disappointed. Sleep by number looking to be a much better option.

See Patrick R response and that is the exact same experience. I now have a part time job of calling Casper with 0 solutions. No one follows up and I still dont have a mattress and its been over 1 month.

Bought two Casper dog beds for both of our pups and when the cover started to fray I figured it had been a few years so that is understandable. What isn’t understandable is that a replacement cover costs more than 50% of the initial bed cost to order. I could understand up $100 but at the replacement cost I might as well spend a bit more and get a whole new bed....somewhere else.

The best mattress store experience Ive ever had! The test beds are in little cozy rooms that give you some privacy while youre trying things out. The associates were very friendly and knowledgeable, and also let you take your time while youre making your decision (unlike typical mattress stores Ive been in - Monae is awesome btw). Just ordered, so will update when its closer to my delivery day.
