I had another company (who came out to give an estimate) tell us what I needed to have fixed was going to cost approximately $2,350. Because I was in need of immediate repair, I didn’t have time to research the costs associated with commercial door repair. I almost hired them. I decided to call ARMSCO DOORS to see if they could send someone to give an estimate. I spoke to Eric and described the situation to him. Without hesitation, he dispatched his technicians (Robert and Ali) immediately. Eric met his technicians at our business in less 30 minutes. All three gentlemen who came out in our emergency situation were friendly, honest and professional. The price for the emergency repair was far below the estimate we received from the other company. I have respect for ARMSCO DOORS for being run by decent human beings who didn’t try to take advantage of an “emergency” situation and try to price gouge me. ARMSCO DOORS is top notch. This company did bad job and refuse to fix the defect to honor their warranty, I have never seen such terrible company. No quality, no service. no reputation. You will pay price if you trust them.
