The customer service is fantastic, the owner was really nice and showed me a variety of options for souvenirs and luggages. The souvenirs are very unique and everything in the store is well priced. Just wish the restroom was in service.

The Lyca Mobile SIM card I bought for my parents to use in UK never worked. He assured me multiple times that it was all good to go and the roaming will work. It turned out dummy, my parents couldnt call, text or use mobile data in UK. So, if you are not sure about something, please do not assure people of it.
