I don’t understand why there is such negative reviews. My experience was really good!The line was outrageous, but what can you do? Not much. I like to do my research on things beforehand, see it in person and decide whether or not I will purchase the item.We were just going in to buy a small wallet for me, I knew exactly the one I wanted but I also wanted to see a purse as well.Our sales associate, Annie Le was more than helpful! She was very welcoming and friendly. She was able to give me more information on certain items and demonstrated different ways to wear the purse.I passed up the purse, but I walked out with the wallet I wanted with no fuss.
Very upset with my experience here. The sale person who assisted us who pretty much stood again the wall and played with his phone the whole entire time. And only got what we asked for, like no recommendations, not attentive at all.I came to this store with a high expectation of great experience. Maybe we did dress kinda casual and didn’t look rich enough for the person to think that we would actually buy anything. Only when we asked him to check out our stuff then he showed a bit of concern and put away his phone.It was my husband’s birthday and I didn’t want to make a big deal to ask for a different sale person so i went ahead and bought his birthday gifts worth over 2k.I’ve been to many LV store in different countries where their customer service is superb, attentive and welcoming.Also this store doesn’t have a lot of options. Disappointed. I will just save my time and order online rather than coming here.
Shopping during Covid. 09.27.21 @ 11:05amThey open at 11:00am and there was already a line about 5 deep. We waited about 45 minutes before ushered in with a sales associate. So be willing to wait to shop during this season.Note: they get their new shipments on Tuesdays so if you’re looking for inventory you may want to plan. Unfortunately the store kept telling us there’s “no way for them to tell you what they have in stock so you’ll need to physically come to the store in order to make a purchase.” Real or fake I have no clue.Associates are hit or miss. I read other reviews of great customer service but today ours was all over the place and did not seem focused or even accommodating.
I absolutely love the luxury customer service experience this location offers to their customers. Everytime i shop here the associates are beyond helpful. They are honest here and really help you find the bag that works for you. Next time your in ask for Kelsey she is the best. She pays attention to detail and is very diligent about making sure you get what you need
I bought a Mens belt from the store for my friend’s birthday as a gift, size didn’t fit him so I exchanged the belt for a bigger size. Asian guy at the store said that he would deliver the belt at my address in 5-7 business working day! And I agreed to his statement. Now it’s almost 20 days I haven’t received my package. The worst experience ever. Couldn’t expect this from the worlds top brand. Very pathetic service.
Now there is a seperate store for men and women. Womens LV always has long lines and the staff is a bit snobby. Its not worth it unless you have your heart set

The Mecca of Shopping in all of Texas! Everything you need is located within this mall! For me, I had one intention - Louis Vuitton! You go into Louis Vuitton Houston Galleria for two reasons to spend coin and receive wonderful customer service on an high end product!Product - exceptional (at the moment)! Happy about the purchase. Customer service on the other hand was blah and just okay as we visited this location two(2) straight days and no one greeted us upon entering the location; which was disappointing for a brand of this caliber.However, great job Vicki and Client Advisor 7636 (so sorry I can’t recall your name) - as you had wonderful knowledge and insight on the history of LV.Cheers,
I had been there a few times because my daughter loves the store. I never felt comfortable because the sales reps can be snooty. I didn’t own not even one LV. Then I met Richard! He is the sweetest and most patient sales rep I have ever met. I have since bought 12 purses and counting. This isn’t counting the ones my daughter & Mil bought. I can’t say enough good things about this rep. He is such a great salesperson!! I just want to buy everything from him. I recommend him all my friends & family. He is a gem! Everyone go and ask for Richard he is the absolute best!
I have been in this store several times and each time the experience gets worse. There aren’t many black team members which speaks volumes about their values. Also they are not very friendly towards black people either and I’m sure that’s who shops there the most. Do not spend your money with a company who doesn’t value or respect you.

You have to wait an hour to get into the store on a random Wednesday, just to get treated horribly. TIM who introduces himself as a “department manager” was one of the rudest people I have ever encountered in customer service. When we walked in the store to exchange my husbands shoes the sales lady looked at our receipt and examined the shoes, she assured us an exchange was possible. After shopping around the store for and hour we were told at checkout we could no longer exchange the shoes. When we asked to speak to manager we were first introduced to Patricia who didn’t give us more than 15 seconds of her time as she rudely said no and walked away. Shortly after that Tim came up to us and made our experience 1000 times worse. He said there was absolutely nothing they could do and basically told us to leave because nothing was going to be done. Now we have to spend more time talking to corporate on the phone and see how we can get this resolved. This place has the worst customer service and I will never shop at this location again!
The line to get in is long due to covid but their customer service is great and very helpful.
Well just purchased a bag for the price of another bag in the store, apparently even in LV u can be fooled! Going back tomorrow to make a return! Not satisfied with the service and everything!

Louis Vuitton Houston Galleria customer service was the absolute worst. From the sales rep attitude. Even the manager couldnt be helpful, they made a error on my shipment order address and I noticed about 40min after I left the store. I can back for them to fix the address and they told me its nothing they can do. And pretty much I have to track my own order because the sale lady lie when I asked her did she put store front under the address. I asked for a refund and they said the couldnt give me one. Since when you couldnt get your money back from LV.
Louis Vuitton’s line waiting system is too long by the food court. Prepare to wait at least an hour with most visits just to get in. Client advisors walking around not helping and extremely poor customer service. There needs to be quickness with getting to the next client. If you finish, you grab the next person in line. Go to Saks LV instead.

So we went into the LV store in Galleria to ask them about it.They have like one or two secret looking rooms in the place where stuff is being repaired. Was pretty cool. Never seen a store like that. Some how talking with three different employees later we ended up in a back room. Walking us back there the vibe felt like we were in some Bond film and the man in the suit was walking us to some hidden room to talk to the big boss or do away with us or something. Another conversation later; a little bit of push back, them telling us it was rather small and maybe my wife was looking at it to close and since I bought it from their site online maybe I should call customer service instead of bringing it to them. So we kept our cool and just kept stating our case......I just bought this last week and such........after a bit they took it to an even farther back room.....to an even bigger boss I guess....then I could over hear parts of a conversation yeah thats real. Theyll send it off. Thats made in France though so it may take a while..... then things that I couldnt hear anymore. Another five or ten minutes later, the employee that was helping us came back with it. He handed it to my wife, and asked her if she saw anything wrong with it now. My wife looked it over, ran her hand across it. Wifey then said its gone. The blemish or spot of glue on the product was fixed in house and wifey was happy with it. We told the man thank you, he said our pleasure. The day was saved! Thanks to the powerpuff......ahem ahem *cough cough*. The day was saved thanks to the great work of the LV staff. Again wifey happy Im happy.

I went to Louis Vuitton Friday February 12th around 3:00pm and was paired with the most outstanding consultant Carmen! I walked in looking really homely with sweat pants and a hoodie. I automatically felt like I would be stereotyped by my appearance. Carmen was very professional, super knowledgeable about the designer and fashion, and personable. She was very patient in showing me ALL available items she thought would be of interest. Above and beyond is an understatement for the type of service she provided.I went in with the intentions of buying one item for a gift but I was so enthused by our conversation I bought an item for myself as well. The Louis Vuitton store offers a glimpse into what its like to be rich—or, at least a bit richer than you might be. You just feel like royalty when youre here. I remember, several years ago, when each store visit saw us greeted by our favorite associates serving champagne and Perrier.Some items are so astronomically expensive as to be comical, while others are quite reasonable. Ive had an LV wallet, originally received as a gift, for more than 10 years. Other than one small spot, the wallet is still in impeccable condition. Thats just what you get with high-quality craftsmanship.
Customer service is very attentive, which of course you would expect. Wait times during peak hours/days are verrrry long, but if you dont mind the wait and have the coin to drop then go ahead and ball out.
I had two bags that I loved for a few years each but ended up having issues with them. After doing some research online I found out they were indeed defective and took them into the The Houston Galleria location to have them checked out as that’s where I had purchased them and still had my receipts. Upon review of each one I was told they would be replacing BOTH of them! I knew one of them would be replaced for sure but the other was a toss up as it was older. Couldn’t believe it, I was so happy! I did not get the name of the gentleman who approved both replacements but I believe he is in management as I noticed him overseeing other transactions during my time there- he was AWESOME!! Huge thank you to him! Customer service at its finest and affirmed my loyalty to LV. Both of the sales associates who helped me were also great and very helpful, thank you Carmen and Antonio!
The amount of people you guys are allowing in the store is ridiculous. Meanwhile there are 20 people waiting in line outside for over an hour right next to each other. All in the name of “safety”, right? Maybe allow more than five customers in your store so that you can better serve them.
I really wish this LV location did what the Woodlands location does which is a virtual queue (they text you when theyre ready for you.) The wait on a Wednesday afternoon was about an hour which I understand is due to COVID restrictions, but still a really long wait nonetheless for the time I went. My store associate was very helpful, but to be honest I dont think she even gave me her name. I was able to get what I was looking for, which is fine, but definitely did not feel like I got the luxury shopping experience, which I understand LV is probably not the place to go nowadays if youre looking for that.
The service is horrible, I love the product but certain sale associate seems doesn’t know what to do. I purchased one item and it’s ship to store I received email that the item is already in store but nobody text or call me that it’s already there so I reached out to them many times and they said will send it overnight. It takes 3 days still waiting the item. Better to purchase online don’t waste your time going there.

Great selection, and you are treated well. The only downside is when things get busy, you might not be serviced right away unless you look like youre going to spend boatloads of money on their generics. The cadre is kind and service excellent. All in all, a nice LV, but Id rather go to the one in Paris, where the prices are 30%+ cheaper. Plus, itd be worth the trip! 😉
The only LV location I shop at since its right in the Galleria mall. Service is usually pretty quick here despite that every time I come, it is always busy. The store is beautifully decorated inside and each item is display neatly on the shelves.Sales associates are usually helpful and the check-out process is fast. So far the all items I wanted were readily available. You can see the item first and test wear it before you decide to buy. They also offer you refreshments as they box up your purchase. Overall, an easy process and the quality of LV is unbeatable.

For a high end store, i dont think they are doing a great job how they handle customer from the lines outside (due to limited capacity due to covid) to having folks inside the store.

I am only giving it one star because I can’t do no star. I came to the store at 6:30 pm to make a purchase. Please keep in mind the store hours are until 7:00 on their site. The manager decided to close the doors as I was about to walk in and refused to let me in even though I informed him that I already knew what I wanted and I was going to be less than 5 minutes. Even other customers outside were upset at the fact that he refused to let me in. I will definitely take my money elsewhere and never again purchase from them. A total disappointment in customer service!!!!
I have purchased a number of pieces from this store and they have overall done an excellent job of representing the brand. The staff can occasionally be overly busy, but they do their best to accomodate customers. On my most recent visit, an error was made while hot stamping my wifes initials into her new Emily wallet. No replacement was available in store and we were leaving town for the Maldives the following day. The staff located a replacement from Neiman Marcus overnight and had the wallet ready for delivery before lunch the following day. Exceptional follow through!
My experience was wonderful, I was a little nervous going in as it was my first time going to a Louis Vuitton store. After reading the reviews I got nervous, but I actually had an amazing experience! I got greeted as soon as I walked in the door and found my perfect first bag. My cashier was TAOA, she was super helpful. I will definitely will be back!
Must be that time of year. I bought a wallet for my husband and waited at least 3 weeks for it to come in and then brought it to the Louis Vuitton Galleria store to get my husbands initials put on it. I went to pick it up yesterday and the manager showed me the wallet and it was ruined. They put the initials wrong on it first and then tried to restamp it and you could tell where they messed up. I was advised it was out of stock (DUH) and I could exchange (for something I dont want nor they have) or they were working on seeing if they could replace the front part inside the wallet where the initials are. I just left it at the store and now I dont have a Christmas present for my husband. I then emailed them about it. I just waited 30 minutes on the phone and nothing was done. Cant even talk to a supervisor. And the Houston store STILL hasnt called me to offer a resolution. Happy Holidays to me!
I have orders 2 wallets in person in this store and paid upfront .store ordered items from different stores and I paid for both wallets . I received 1 wallet after 5 days and never received second one after 8 days and when we tried to call there given store phone number listed on there receipt, it goes to general customer care who has no access to look order update and asking for order number where as store receipt has no order number on it and store never gave me other documents stating order number. customer care has no access to call to store where I purchased and advise me to go to the store to get update about my order .when I told them to call store for me or give me store other number but they said you calling to store number but it passed directly to us ( customer care general number)so it means they not perform there duty for giving shipping detail or order number or conformation number but only send me payment receipt .Now in orders to get my update I must have to travel 100 miles . I ordered product with confirmation with sales agent that I must get product before my sons birthday and after he confirmed that I will get before it for sure, I paid for it because it has 9 days window for shipping but I neither complete my order items nor access to get update about my order to calling store or customer service .i never seen that garbage services from any merchant and a customer care who has no access to look out status update of the order and force you to go store in COVID time.
I have ordered somethings from them and they had to ship it to my house but failed to put the Unit # so my items got returned to sender. I have been calling for 2 weeks to get a refund bc I dont even want to deal with them. I went to the store to order and stood in line for an hour and a half and I am 8 months pregnant. They have not called back at all nor issued my refund! For LV this in unacceptable

Not the best experience - the guy that was helping us just didn’t seem to care that we were there. Not to say that he wasn’t helpful, he showed us other options, but he didn’t seem like he was happy to be there and it was evident from the appointment. Also, the purchase didn’t include any ribbon or any tissue paper etc in the bag - we also went to the saks location & it was such a better experience. The saks location has less stock, but their employees were much better.

Worst costumer service ever.! They judge the book by the cover. We ordered the purse last week and came to pick up today. They just tell us to wait outside for like 15 mins and didnt let us in. We were also trying to look for other items too. The gave us our order outside the shop and didnt even ask us to check again.Please stop judging people by their look. We dont wear fancy clothes, doesnt mean that we dont have money.!

Current Manager is very rude. No matter how much business you give these guys, they hire rude employees. Just because they are doing good, doesn’t mean they should be arrogant about it. You walk in there, they look at you and start judging you and not friendly at all. Take it or leave it attitude. Other designers equivalent to them are also doing good but they know how to handle customers leaving them satisfied. I would suggest, go to other LV stores but avoid this one.
Terrible customer service! It shouldn’t matter what you look like or what you’re wearing, but to be completely ignored and then treated like “trash” when asking to look at a bag, is not ok! The sales staff was ONLY nice to me when they realized I was there to buy a bag.... definitely not... I told them I’d take my business to a different location.
I used to buy products here on a very regular basis but I hear they are very cruel to the animals they use for their products so I wont shop here anymore.

The assistant ‘Mandy’ was rude all through the experience, not even a thank you after they spent towards $8,000 in the store.The manager has ignored my request to call after I left a voice mail.If I was in there it would have been offers of drinks, champagne, like last time !

VIP service, which is to be expected from a luxury brand. Customer service is top notch. You are greeted by everyone when you walk in. No matter how you are dressed, you are always asked if anyone is helping you. Four different people approached me at different times to ask if I had been assisted yet. One of them was the store manager! If you can’t find what you’re looking for, they’re happy to order it for you. I enjoy drinking the complimentary Moët champagne, and sometimes they have macaroons! The selection is so much bigger than other LV retailers. I still have my favorite sales people text me to say hi and to send pictures of bags and accessories they selected for me based on my past purchases and my style. I will always come back here!!
I was so excited to finally get my Pochette Metis from here since we are visiting for the holidays. It was super busy and I waited patiently for someone to help. I didnt mind the wait but one of the sales associate was so rude to my daughter and said you need to move away from the counter!! I guess we didnt look like we were worth her time or commission. I told her you are very rude! Then told my husband we are leaving and Im not purchasing from them again EVER!!!Theyve lost me as a customer forever!! I went straight to Neiman Marcus where I always buy from and should from now on..
Not somewhere I’d ever go during the holidays. Just a lack of calm and collected demeanor from the staff. Also if you don’t look like you’re going to spend the money then they have a hard time assisting you. However as soon as you tell them what you’re here to buy and actually start the process of purchasing it you receive a rejuvenated customer service. The product is great but I’d rather buy online like usual. The staff was less than helpful.
The workers are very stuck up, I cant figure out why lol. They will raise their nose at you until you pull out your platinum American Express and buy a $2,000 pair of shoes, I know this because its exactly what happened to me.

Bought my first ever Louis Vuitton bag yesterday... initially it took 11 minutes for me to get assistance. My son and I stood there purposely walking in circles ensuring we made eye contact etc! Four different sales people walked by without saying anything.The security guard creeps by and I say Hey.. can you help me find someone. I think he saw the look on my face like maybe she actually wants to buy something!I was looking for a small to medium bag with handles only!! So finally Nick came to assist me! He showed me several purses 👜 that were close to what I wanted but just wasn’t it! he then brought out the purse I wanted but I didn’t know I wanted! Ha!! (I was simply dropping my daughter off at her job and decided to Buy me a purse!)Since he was so helpful... I didn’t think about how long it took for me to be greeted and that four people walked by me!!!I say all this to say... even though we may not Look like we are going to buy or look like we have the money to do so... or the fact that you may be helping someone else... Customer service sales!!! A simple acknowledgement of a persons presence will definitely ensure a sale.. and if not a sale then, a future sale.But..I just ask all high end store employees to please greet people even if you are working with someone else! I have left stores (high end) simply because there was no greeting! We want good treatment as well even if we are not regulars!!!Anyway Nick truly changed my experience especially being my first purse that I have purchased!

Do not order online! I purchased a product for my daughters bday, but I never received ANY notification that the product shipped to the store for me to pick up. I tried to call the store, but all calls were routed to their 1-800 client services more than once. These reps were clueless how to help and told me that I needed to wait on the store to contact me who NEVER did. I wanted to cancel the order, but they told me I couldnt b/c it was in transit to the store. It was over a week, past my daughters bday, and I never received a notification. Also, online it states you can request a refund for online purchases, especially for something I never got. It took me over 2 hours and escalation with 1-800 team mgr to finally get my refund. Very unclassy!!!

I could look at the Louis Vuitton merchandise here for hours! Its a busy store and there is often quite a wait to be helped. Also, because its so busy, some merchandise sells out pretty quickly. I would advise calling ahead to check if something you want is in stock. I did this and was advised there was only one item available in the store. As a result, I asked the item be held for me so I could come inspect it and possibly purchase it. The staff were happy to oblige and I left happily with my purchase. My sales associate was Sue and she was so professional and friendly and accommodating...I appreciate that so much. Having such a pleasant experience inspires me to return to this shop despite the wretched commute to get there...and the horrid parking, too. I will circle the parking garage 30 times to find a parking space if I have to just so I can shop here again. Wonderful customer service.

THIS IS FOR THE MANAGEMENT!!You guys need to have better communication between the sales rep and the front door check in specialist.Appointment was at 1 but called in and told them that I’ll be 15-20 mins late, I was told that it’ll be fine. When I arrived, I was told that I’m late 20 mins to my appointment so therefore I have to be put in the back of the line. If I was never told to come in and that I’ll be fine, I wouldn’t be upset, it’s the fact that I was told that it’s okay and that I had to wait another hour and half... the rep on the phone should’ve just told me that I would have to wait and to set the CORRECT EXPECTATIONS... this is why customers gets mad, they don’t get mad because of the wait time, they get mad because you guys set the wrong expectations!!!! Really disappointed.
This place needs more customer service training. We bought here and figured they would treat us politely. 3 items. Came back to get stamps on bags and wallets.(told by the rep to come back) Than we are told thats they dont have the equipment to do the stamps. Than asked about repair. Literally bought less than 2 months. Was told to wait closer to the end of the 1 year warranty to have fix. Kind of feel that if we are spending thousands of dollars on goods. They would hold up and would be treated with respect. There are far better places to go and buy in the Galleria.
When I went to that LV store on 9/26/20 @ 2:14 on register #5 I purchased two items and the young hispanic lady gave me a a weird a look and then proceeded to ask umm is it your birthday or is this like a treat your self type of thing? I felt very patronized and I will definitely not be going to that store ever again.I definitely reccomend the LV store inside of SAKS. they treat you with much more respect. Yazmin is definitely my to go to sales rep at LV inside SAKS
The people make it an awesome experience. Victoria, after finding my wifes purse could not be fixed, helped my wife find a comparable exchange. Worked out great, my wife was very pleased! Good attitude and very solution oriented! Thanks Victoria and the lady in repairs that helped us. On our second visit Victoria helped my wife try on the boots shes always wanted, dream unlocked! Offered us a drink. And completed the purchase without having to leave our spot. Very cozy experience! Thanks Victoria for an nice shopping in this friendly store.
Am absolutely emotionally destroyed... came to this location to buy a gift for my wife to celebrate our 8 year anniversary. Talked to the person who helped me Brooke. We had a agreement I place a order for a bracelet code number M64515 they told me they have one in stock that we have to submit a order request from another location. So we did and for re-assurance I selected another bracelet a zodiac bracelet for a Libra ... only selected that one because of the design had a puppy .. I was told they would hold that particular item... was told they would call me if there was going to be a delay or if the M64515 was not available never got call back even dough I left my card info phone number ... showed up to the store and they told we don’t have it, now I don’t have nothing to give to my wife today 12/18/19 marks our 8 years and I am so disappointed on the staff of this location and advise to spend your money else where.
Great staff. Really helpful and kind. Makes the LV shopping experience top tier.
