I tried to purchase a tree from this nursery they refused to sell me the tree...ive been a customer for 15 yrs + ....i was removed from their system due to inactivity ...i recommend everyone not shop here...if it is for convenience ...trust me it is not worth it....i will be at their location letting all companies know where to source your plants cheaper....instead of paying their exorbant prices ....all those 3 gallons plants are found elsewhere for $7 -10 less.

A great place to call for that hard to find plant, specimen trees and to source (and deliver) your entire job.

I love tree source. The employees are always so helpful and kind. The quality of the product is worth every dollar and every time I call for prices they are always their to help me. Unfortunately, I was treated so unkind and rude by one of them when I called to get some plant prices. I believe his name was Randy or Danny, somewhere along those lines. I am not sure if he was just having a bad day or he doesn’t like when I call for prices, but that’s still no excuse for the way he handle me on the phone! The next time I call and if he answers I will ask him nicely to let me speak to somebody else. Despite being treated rudely I still said thank you and goodbye because I have manners and he didn’t even say bye. Keep up the good work Tree Source and please bring this to the employees attention. If you weren’t having a good day then maybe stay at home or in the back of the building where there is no customers. Thanks!

Great people! Love all the folks there very professional. They are not the cheapest guy on the block but why should they be. Good quality good value. Great location. Saves me time.This is a wholesale vendor. Not for homeowners. I think the previous reviews don’t understand that there clientele know there plant material, buy weekly or even more frequently.The average homeowner needs to go to Ashley Gardens, Buchanan’s or Arbor Gate where the employees are paid to help homeowners. Don’t take it personally. There not geared to serve the general public.Have a Great Day

Most of their 1 star ratings are from their refusal to sale to anyone that isn’t a “landscaping company” This is exactly what our economy needs, businesses telling people “no, we don’t want your money”. Hopefully they’ll adapt and understand that there is not an unlimited supply of customers or they’ll go out of business and a more smart, better business will take its place.

My Landscaper gave me their address and advised me if I go thereselection is good and customer service as wellSo I went to the Tree Sources last Saturday it was 11 am and I walked around and picked up many plants for my prospect flower beds and I went to the office to make a payment and set up the delivery But the gentlemen over there told me that they are about to close in a 10 min and cannot sell anyone who is not a Landscape company I tried to explain him But he refused me and left the desk to prevent another possible question.I went out but on my way I asked one of the gardener if they have creeping thymes he said he needs to ask someone else because he doesn’t know... I waited outside but no one came out to give me an answerI went inside of the same office and asked kindly if they carry creeping thymes …same guy replied to me very boldly NO But, I asked again that if I give him a list of plants and if he can prepare them for me and my Landscape company can pick up on Monday ?He was edge of his patience I guess, he raised his voice and told me NO … But I continue to stay patience and kindly told him I can pay if it is an issue (I thought maybe he thought I was lying or wasting his time and in order to eliminate that possibility, I offered payment to show him that I am a serious buyer ) But hey, I was not welcomed at first place; he replied me that;Ma’am even, if you buy 5 million I will not selling anything to you !!I replied sir I am a customer you should NOT answer me like that he replied “you are not my customer and I am not serving to you please leave!! We are about to close!! “And then another two ladies came to help him and I heard only, “Ma’am which part you don’t understand, we are about to close and please leave …we are not serving to you!!”I was just speechless it was all wrong and meaningless. What did I do in order to get that nastiness??I went there because of my landscape company told me so and I just wanted to buy plants that’s all… Why did I get that very rude treatment I still don’t get it probably I am an immigrant and my accent give them a “right” to treat me that way? Is that it?
