Very large place with very large machinery. Ordered some parts or a dozer but didnt know all the information I needed. However the employee that I worked with was super fantastic about helping you figure out the right parts. Only had one that they didnt have in stock and she had it shipped to me and it arrived the next day. Very expensive but I guess thats par. However the service was very good

I would not recommend this place to buy any equipment. I purchased a new 333g it was having overheating issues since I picked it up. I dropped it off to be serviced and nothing was done. I would recommend to buying from a different dealer.

Depending on what youre dropping will depend where you unload. I had parts, end of building, piles of pallets next to dock dont do you any favors, but once u clear those, good to go. Fast unload, maybe 30 minutes in and out.

Wow, talk about overpriced parts!! Picked up 2 orings about 6 inch diameter and they were almost 25.00 a piece !!!They have you over a barrel and drilling you when you dont have a choice but to use them, but I guess thats how they can afford to build all the new dealerships.And by all means dont expect any tech support, their answer is well send somebody out to look at it and take advantage of you financially that is .So avoid this place at all costs !!

Eh. If you absolutely NEED it they probably got it. But its not a competitive price and theyll raise rental rates after you start renting. Im kinda old fashion and expect a persons word to be honest. We squared up when the rent was over then a year later they sent another bill. After showing them the final invoice they responded with that was then we dont honour that agreement anymore. Now they sent it to IRS and collections. Wish I waited and rented from a more honest company. Left a sour taste against john deere as well.

I bought a 700k dozer and 210g track hoe for my small business. The sale experience was good and they helped me with the financing. The parts department has been helpful as well. Now that the equipment has been worked, Ive had some minor issues and it shut me down, however, the service department has been very helpful to get me running again. Just a phone call and they were out at the job quickly.

This place is cool. If they dont have it, they will order it. Steven and George are awesome.

BeAWARE! They sell junk used equipment, DO NOT be SCAMMED! I bought a 2012 backhoe for over $45k and was told it was Like New Condition It broke down after 1-month with a major problem in fuel system. No Warranty!
