When buying a new Pelican case for my camera gear, I had the best experience when I went into the Allied Industrial Supply office! Since I needed to see the cases in real life, to determine whether or not my camera gear would fit what model, I decided that internet purchase was not feasible. I got great in-person help from Brenda V.!!! She dragged out case after case for me to try, and gave me all the time I needed (even though we were working in the dark part of the time, due to a power outage). And, the price was JUST as GOOD as internet buying, with the benefit of being able to compare all the case models and sizes. Glad I discovered this place; I will DEFINITELY go back when I need anything else.

AISs staff is great. They are very professional and helpful. We purchased a Pelican Long Air Case with custom foam for my sons competition shotgun. The staff did an excellent job custom designing the foam to meet my sons needs. Also, the custom laser etching on the outside of the case was clean and flawless. The price point was very reasonable and the turn around for the finished product was very quick. Mr. Gustavo Garza runs a great organization that will go out of their way to meet your individual needs.

Atlas Industrial Supply Inc. is my go to for any custom products that I need. I am a competitive and sponsored shotgun shooter who has been named to Team USA and I have complete faith in their Pelican cases to keep my firearm safe and secure. Every case is laser cut to fit all of your equipment, whether that be a glasses case, choke box, scope for a rifle, etc.They work with you through the whole process and are so helpful along the way. They can laser engrave anything you want so you can keep track of your case at all times. They also customize much more, including Pelican cups. My mom surprised me with a Pelican cup and I have not had a single other brand keep my beverage cool for hours and hours at a time, even in 90+ degree weather. Mr. Garza and Atlas Industrial are a class act, and I would recommend them to anyone needing related services.

The only authorized pelican dealer listed on pelicans website in the area. Needed a pelican case for tooling needed for work travel. They had what i needed in stock and were great to work with when i arrived. They left me check the tooling to ensure it fit in the case i was looking at and let me check another case out as well. All the staff was super friendly and helpful. They also do custom case orders with business information etched on them which we will be using next time. Highly recommend and look forward to working with them again.

Bought a 80Q Pelican Cooler through them that arrived damaged, the damages were small dents on the side and scratches on the surface. I wanted a small refund for what I paid ($480) since I expected a new product. They took over 3 days to respond via e-mail, initially they said they would ship another cooler out to me but when they asked for pictures they rescinded on the offer since the damages were only cosmetic. They did not even offer to give me a discount for thr purchase.

Not too sure about the company but what I do know is their company truck a brown Chevy truck with a camper on back is a terrible driver and is going to cause an accident sometime soon
