Worst company. My mini excavator was sitting in their yard for more than three months. No communication, never returned my calls, Very rude, too expensive, unorganized. Don’t go there for equipment repairs, their parts are very expensive, zero services

Good mechanics, good parts department Worst service department customer service youll ever want to experience. Lies and deceit is all you will receive at least from my experience. Too bad you sever ties with me when I was wronged by you guys in the first place. Makes me regret buying Equipment, and parts from you guys for over 10 years now.

From loosing our companies account info to being unable to find a part efficiently. This place is the worst! The damn manufacturer got back to me faster with assistance on the part than this place. Im a tech, and losing money every time I try to get a part from this place. Its unbelievable, now I have to wait an hour to get the part ordered! Which doesnt include the first hour I wasted trying to order the part. So thats now 1 hour of true lost time dealing with ROMCO, plus whatever additional time I have to waste when they call back to place the order. The word efficiency is lost on ROMCO Equipment Co. They are truly lucky they are locked in as the only dealer in the area.
