Awesome team here, super knowledgeable! Provided a superb price on a projector that no big box store could come close to. The shop itself is super cool too. Jeff’s got a ton of awesome movie and music memorabilia.

The staff is super helpful and really pleasant to work with as they were able to acquire a hard to find headphone amplifier for me. For future hi-fi equipment purchases this will be my go shop.

Loved this place! Jeff spent so much time with me helping me pick the right speakers for my setup. He was very patient with all my questions and he was extremely knowledgeable in all the equipment. While this is an appointment only high end audio store, they didnt act elitist when it came to my setup, and they were very down to earth. This is my new go to place for high end audio.

Houston Audio is wife approved. 😄 The speakers are everything your man has been begging you for, yet they are so sleek and aesthetically pleasing, you will barely see them (but definitely hear them!) The speakers can enhance any room in your house. After spending time around the speakers I have grown to an understanding of how the speakers work and how they can truly change the way your favorite song or movie sounds-in the best way. Jeff & Eddie have staged beautiful demo rooms at H.A. that provide a unique experience in each room. It truly adds to the entire listening experience! I definitely recommend stopping by and listening in each room.

Had the luxury to visit the store this weekend, we were welcomed by Jeff. Really nice and knowledgeable person in the field of Audio. The amazing setup with high end Mcintosh Amps, Preamp and their speakers changed our perspective on sound even though I am use to Parasound, Marantz, Emotiva, Klipsch & Martin logan products.Now time to start finalizing and narrow down my wish list to build a nice System for myself.Will definitely give them the business for all my future purchases.It’s a blessing to have a store like this in your local community - Treat yourself, go and check them out even if you’re not an audiophile - cos I can guarantee you will get into this hobby for sure.

Walked into Houston Audio yesterday and was blown away. Ive never seen equipment made by McIntosh like this before . The attention to detail was over the top. You need to check it out, walk into one of the sound studio and take a listen its like nothing Ive ever heard before . Jeff definitely knows what hes talking about . If your looking for something Unique, Powerful and Impressive youve got to check it out.

Eddie was very knowledgeable with home audio. There was no pressure to buy and he went out of his way to make us comfortable. He demonstrated how vinyl records are superior to digital formats. If you are serious about audio quality or just looking to furnish your man cave, I highly recommend this place.

Amazing listening experience. I had the opportunity to attend the Sonus Faber listening event at Houston Audio...absolutely life changing experience.The vocals and instruments were better than live. I set up an appointment and I’m looking forward to a personalized demonstration and hopefully to take home a pair of speakers and an amplifier.

Let me start by saying this might be the first review I have ever submitted but in an age were product quality and customer service has taken back seat to profit margins I felt it necessary to air my refreshing experience with the team at the Houston Audio Store.If you care about the quality in sound of music and expect excellent customer service than look no further! Jeff and Eddie have worked hard to put together something pretty special. They have gone above and beyond in helping me find the right sounding equipment for my taste and budget. The store is a blast to visit and you can demo anything from Cadillac to McLaren of the audio industry. They have recently completed construction of the new home theater room and it is impressive to say the least. Again if you are thinking about experiencing music and moving beyond your tired big box store system than do yourself a favor and make an appointment with the guys. I have a feeling you wont regret it.

I came across Houston Audio while searching for some Klipsch Heresys and was immediately blown away by the reviews and selection they carried. A quick look at their listening rooms and it was clear they were serious about 2ch music and the gear they carry. Since they are the closest authorized Heritage dealer I reached out via email and after a few prompt responses I pulled the trigger on Klipsch H3s. I went and visited the showroom recently. Very knowledgable staff and ridiculous equipment. The listening rooms are very unique and the McIntosh room is incredible.

My husband bought me Focal earbuds and the sound was excellent. I really like them and would recommend if your looking for a good pair of earbuds, try Focal, you wont be disappointed.

I definitely don’t consider myself an audiophile, however, the basic setup and sound that you get at a hundred Magnolia or Fry’s stores just didn’t suit my needs.After scheduling an appointment and discussing my musical preferences, Eddie set up a completely custom listening experience in a few of their listening areas.After listening to Miles on set of Sonus Faber Olympias, I was sold. Absolutely transformative experience! It was like rediscovering my favorite album and artist ... hearing notes that I had never heard before on a record that I’ve listened to hundreds of times. I went in for a set of speakers and was totally sold on an McIntosh amp and pre-amp as well.Although slightly out of my budget, you HAVE to treat yourself to some time in one of their reference rooms.

I will try make this short, and please future customers, READ my testimony and just take it from me. These guys are the epitome of Customer Service. If u wanna be well taken care of with your audio journey, COME TO THESE GUYS. I did not even purchase the amplifier from them. They have no profit or benefit from helping me out. Hell Im not even a Houstonian! But they welcomed me with open arms and did a full diagnosis of the amplifier. They gave me definitive answers which unfortunately comes to the amp being faulty, but theyre answers to my questions nonetheless. But hey I can finally sleep in peace now and Im about to ship my amp back to the seller. All that wouldnt be possible if it wasnt for Jeff and Eddie. and OH they gave me a tour of their headquarters too! Its like Comic Con and CES had a baby and its Houston Audio. You guys gotta come and show love to them THEY WILL BE YOUR BEST AUDIO DEALERS IN HOUSTON in the next 30 years and more. forreal!
