They installed a DSC security system in my new home and they didn’t install a door sensor on the front door!!! They also didn’t install glass break sensors in obvious places in the house. Who the hell does that!?? They should not be installing security systems. CROOKS!!

Claudia even called to make sure I was pleased with the process after everything was completed.I went in to this process not knowing what I needed for my surround sound. Their sales person showed up on time (actually earlier than I expected) had workable ideas. They sent me a very detailed proposal with various price options. Upon agreement they were available in a matter of days. The techs were polite, professional and understood their products. After they finished they showed and worked with me on all of their products and applications. I truly appreciate the service.

We are using Halcyon Technologies to automate our new house. They are doing a great job. Their service people are very knowledgeable and helpful. Alex is their Service Manager and is not only top notch technically but provides excellent customer service. He has been able to solve some very complex issues and suggested really useful and creative solutions for our home automation needs.Claudia is the heart of the organization and stays on top of everything going on with our project. She makes it appear that our project is the the most important thing she has going on. She can answer any question on status or progress.They are installing a Control4 system that controls our Lutron lighting system, music in every zone in our home, an integrated video door bell system and front door lock, whole house video, swimming pool controls and so much more. The house intercom system that Alex suggested to address issues with my teenage son keeping his room clean, coming to dinner or getting ready for school is a life changer!I would highly recommend these guys for anything to do with your home audio, visual systems.

We had Halcyon Technologies install some A/V equipment in our home and the installation went as planned. There were a few troubleshooting issues within the first week or two and Halcyon resolved the issues for us very quickly. Update 08.27.18Jason came with Alex to look at the issues and they seem committed to making a difference. They are looking at swapping out some equipment to ensure goals are achieved.Shall keep you posted.Used them for a complete home installation of alarms and networking for a new home. The project was started in October of 2016 and did not get done for over a year. They kept sending technicians in the middle of the day forcing us to take tome off to meet them and then they would be there for hours trying to fix issues. Swapped out faulty equipment countless times and finally ended up using my my old router! Completely messed up the project missing some of the most fundamental goals set out for them. And to top it all ( probably to cover for their time spent on redoing stuff so many times) they keep sending invoices. And this after the full final payment was made to one of the partners who they claim is no longer with the company!

Halycon did our whole house A/V. Working with Jason, Alex, Jeremy and Claudia. We would highly recommend this team primarily because when there is an issue, they are super responsive and get it fixed asap. Very important for a family with kids when wifi or tv goes down. Halcyon Technologies installed our sound system 10 years ago and did a great job creating surround sound in a living room that had many challenges. We recently remodeled our living room and brought them back out to reinstall and modify our sound system and internet. We now have internet and glorious sound throughout the house. If I ever move, they will be my first call.
