The Container Store is probably every organized person’s favorite store lmao. I love it too! There’s so many ways to store and organize your home. And the employees are very friendly and helpful!

Words of advice:Greetings to everyone reading this post. I hope your day is full of life and love. Allow me to share a few words of advice to you when entering the North FM 1960 store. You might be watched, racially profiled, or even treated differently than other customers. Ive been a frequent shopper at both Houston locations over the past years and I can truly say that the FM 1960/North store needs extended training on how to deal with their customers. I was just recently racially profiled for returing items and exchanging them at this store. As a licensed therpist, my experience was not acceptable and Im in shock that this is still going on in 2021. If you dont want to encounter this type of treatment, please drive to the Galleria location, where they are highly trained to handle various customers.May God Keep you and bless you 10x over all readers of this post....

I drove 40 something miles to come to this particular store and when I got here, the sales manager was tearing the travel section apart and the small bottles that are travel worthy on an airplane we’re all put in the back and we’re no longer out on the shelf when I asked the sales manager where they were he said that they were putting their travel section up again on Monday and asked me what I was looking for. I told him the small bottles gave him approximate size told him why I needed them he said well let me go See what I can find from the back and see if that’s what you’re looking for.Great job on customer service and this is why he’s the sales manager because even though he was in the midst of tearing the section apart he took the time that it took to help a customer get what they needed, and this is why they earned five stars great job again thank you

Great service! I was greeted by Pam who Quickly helped me quickly find the supplies I need to. Organize my garage. She was the standout, but every clerk I met was helpful and friendly .I recommend this location well stocked and staffed a good experience.

I came in today (Christmas Eve) to do some last minute gift shopping and Steven (mgr?) told me I was required to wear a mask to be inside the store. I informed him that I was medically exempt and that Governor Abbotts order made an exception for those of us with a medical condition. He said that he understood but that it was the corporate policy of The Container Store that everyone wear a mask while shopping. Thats a terrible policy---why would you restrict your customers liberties any more than you absolutely had to? Its obvious to me that we are not a country of laws at all anymore with the way these businesses violate the Americans with Disabilities Act as a matter of policy.I would like to say for the record that Steven was extremely courteous and respectful during our brief interaction. He was professional and patient---he let me voice my arguments without trying to interrupt me. He seemed like a nice guy. He gets 5 stars even though TCS gets only one. About the only bad thing I could say about him is that hes an order-follower. If youve studied history you know that order-followers are more dangerous than any virus. Wake up America!

Lots of organizational things. I absolutely love the closet designs they offer. Very nice. Very high end looks. High end look with high end middle class budget pricing. I Will probably be updating my closet with these guys. Worth the look to look :)

Clean and great customer service

This store has anything you need to make your life more organized and as you would expect has it in a well laid out format by divisions of your home. The staff is well known in the retail industry to be one of the best because of the company incentives and management style. There are also lots of unique gift ideas near the checkout for those in your life who you cant ever think of any gift ideas for.

Where creativity runs free! So far Im thrilled with my purchases from here. Hasnt been a month yet and already Im planning on my third InterMetro shelving to pile my ideas.

Fine.... quick and easy returns.

Open by appointment only. I made an appointment. Was greeted at the door and told no one available at the moment to help me find what I needed. After shopping for 10 minutes and finding some items, went to the front to ask for help with a garage shelving system. Was told no one could help me then. I would have to make another appointment, and ‘it won’t be for today’. If you really don’t want my business why don’t you tell me instead of making an appointment and wasting my time. These people really don’t want to be open for business.

The staff at this store has been nothing but helpful. I went in to buy some shelving parts to change up a closet and ended up redoing most of my room with their elfa shelving system. The employees were very knowledgeable about their products and always willing to help out when they could. Highly recommended.

The staff is amazing and so so helpful! Sarah is awesome! She makes sure that you get exactly what you’re wanting and looking for. She genuinely cares about the space you are organizing, or creating and building, and tells you what you may or may not need. She even kept my 4 year old happy throughout the entire process which was so sweet! We built our elfa closet with her last week, and just came back to build my craft room tonight! A huge THANK YOU to SARAH (and all of the awesome staff) at The Container Store Champions! It has always been such an easy, fun, and stress free experience and we will be back very shortly for our next home project! Yay!

First time going to this store. I was really just looking for some drawer organizers and they had a good selection at various prices. Also wandered through the kitchen/pantry aisles. Got some interesting ideas, but didnt buy anything.I would recommend this place if you need products or ideas for storage, clothing and laundry or the kitchen.

Way too expensive and full of Karens that think parking properly and mask wearing decency are for the peasant class. Seriously this rich old heifer parked in front of the door and gave me such a look down her nose when I had the gall to need to get out the door and past her to where the normal people park.

Bret or Brent (not exactly sure of his name) went above and beyond at this store and should be commended. I called frantically looking for 500 organza bags and before my employee ever got there he had called all the other locations to get a true count on how many they actually had in stock since it may not be what the computer says. I own a customer service based business and all companies should have one as helpful as him Tuesday 12/12 at 11:30am

I bought a trashcan here. Took forever to find the bags to match the trash can. Im not happy with the trashcan. It IS a fun place to look at items. The elfa systems looks better than it used it

This store is so neat. It has every kind of box or container you can think of that you need for anything. I love the organization of the store, it is laid out nicely. The prices are a little on the high side but most things are worth it. They even have makeover closet selections inside & someone to answer all your questions strictly on the closets. They can tell you all about it & set you up if you are interested.

I absolutely LOVE this place!! They have every possible thing to help you stay organized. And the layout of the store makes it so easy to find what you need.

I always have a positive experience at the Champions store. Product placement & displays throughout the store are nicely done. I really like how sales team members are always on hand to answer questions, help you locate merchandise, and always there to greet you with a smile as you walk through the door. Overall, a great place to shop!

I love this place. Its clean and all of the staff are very friendly and not pushy at all. They will spend a lot of time helping you figure out your organizational needs WITHOUT trying to sell you everything. If you want to, you can bring your closet measurements in and they will help you draw up a plan then print it out.

I love this place. Its clean and all of the staff are very friendly. The only problem is that there stuff is a little pricey but you get what you pay for. The quality is very good.

This has easier access to and from the store than that of the one in the Woodlands and it seems their selection and store is bigger, or at the very least is better laid out. Customer service was very friendly and very helpful. I have returned to purchase more because they up sold me on the great sales and reminding me of coupons I have that were about to expire!!

Great store for its specific purpose: Storage options. Obviously its range is a little more than this, and you can get things like wrapping paper and some furniture, etc, as well. But generally youre looking at all things bags, boxes, shelving, etc. Probably a little on the high side for pricing but not always, and you can sign up for emails and get deals that way.

I could spend a whole day here, its like an organized rabbit hole....you just cant stop looking. Pleasant service, clean store.

Friendly staff. Helpful staff. A candy store for a person who has OCD! Some of the prices are a bit much considering some of the products can be found in everyday homes already to use for storage. All in all, great store. They have what you need.

Ive been to the Container Store Chain a number of times b/c my wife and I get ideas (otherwise this review would be 0 stars).Seriously people, you need to shop around before you purchase anything from this place. Youre paying above average for products due to convenience and helping the chain recoup the cost of their free designers and designer workshops.My most recent visit will be my last visit. I tried to use a designer for a simple game closet idea (3 rails and 3 shelves = $160!!!!), it took 2 hours from introductions until I finally walked out of the store with refund in hand. How hard can it be to pull the hardware for this project and get it wrong? Then, the designer argued with me about getting a refund. I went to Home Depot 3 days later and got the same equipment (and more shelves) for $80.Never again Container Store. Lower your prices and stop having people stalk me in stores with offers and attending workshops.

This store is not organized and full as the Baybrook one. Unfortunately I moved to this area and that’s what I have now. A lot of shelves missing prices on items. Not good.

Useful productsOverpricedReturn process is absolutely HORRIBLE.I went in to return 2 items I purchased using my TCS credit card. It took me nearly half an hour to return them because their return process has them calling the credit card people for an authorization number. I do not understand this. It is their own store card. Why do I need to have an authorization to put money back on my credit card?If I were a crook and had stolen someone elses credit card info why would I be trying to return items and put the money back on that credit card? I could see if I were asking for cash but that was not the case. I just wanted the money put back on my card. I told the clerk that if every person in the store wanted to return items and have them all credited to MY card I would be ok with that. I do not feel an authorization should be needed to credit my card back.
