Miller Hats is simply the best, as their slogan says. I searched for a Ronnie Van Zant replica hat for close to 40 years. The only ones in my size (7 7/8) I could find were around a thousand dollars each. Then, online, I recently stumbled onto Miller Hats....man, I wish I had found them years ago! I was able to purchase the hat I have wanted so bad for so long, in my size, matching perfectly and for a fraction of those other online hat store prices!I live in Kansas and it shipped and arrived quickly and in great shape. I was nervous that it would be damaged in the shipping process before I received it but they packed it in a strong sturdy box with supports, very safely and securely. It arrived in immaculate shape and I love this hat! I highly recommend Miller Hats and I will be using them for all of mine and my family’s hat needs from now on! They are amazing!

I hadnt visited this shop in 20 years. On returning for a custom fitting I found them to be vey knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I was told it would be a week until I received my hat ( I live near by) and sure enough they delivered. The hat came exactly as I ordered it and just a piece of work. I will definitely be returning.

The hats are beautiful. They are around 150 to 200 dollars. Yes thats pricy but they are both best hats you can buy. The people were nice to me even though I didnt have enoughh money for the hat. But I will be back and I will buy one of those beautiful hats.

Love Miller Hats! I have purchased 8 hats from them. Almost every other hat store sells only cowboy hats. Not Miller Hats. They have fedora, drivers caps, cowboy hats, historical military hats such as calvary, and many other styles in a ton of colors. I wear driver caps and have both winter and summer versions. If you are not sure what you like, stop by and they will definitely find something that you look great in.

I entered Miller Hats about 1 PM today. Jake met me at the door with a nice greeting and ask what I was looking for. We determined I was looking for a fedora style hat with a 3 inch brim, flat side, dipped in the front and back. I Purchased a black and a tan felt hat sized for me and styled ready to walk out the door in about an hour. I would recommend this haberdasher to anyone that enjoys hats.

Id been on the web for nearly a year searching for just the right western fly fishin hat, came upon the Miller Hats website, and immediately found what I was looking for. I got their 117 Platoon Cav hat in 7x tan belly fur felt and it is absolutely AMAZING, a shop-stopper! Passers-by stop me in the street and ask me where I got my hat! Great selection of hats from costly to reasonably priced. Owner on premises. Very nice and personable. Initially, couldnt find the place. Big sign but an easily missed smaller sign directing you to the store location in the rear.

This is the only place in the Harris/Montgomery county area to go for any of your hat needs. These guys knock it out of the park with quality,professionalism, and personal attention. The place is a little off the road but well worth the search. So many varieties of hats and accessories that you will never go anywhere else. He will custom fit you hats and do it for you while you wait. And they offer a lot of other services as well. They have a customer for life with me and Im sure you will feel the same way with your first visit.

Bought many hats form Miller hats, the last time, I visited we found an unshaped hat that fit perfect with the right crown, cut the brim and shaped it, just the way I wanted, sewed on the the hat band. All while I waited, and did in less than a half hour. The hat turned out awesome.

Ordered item number 570-3 3-piece chin strap for my Stetson. What arrived was an absolute piece of junk. Its not even real leather. Made out of vinyl with a felt backing. Too short to even use as a chin strap. Stuck with it since they dont offer refunds. Only store credit. Why would I want to buy more junk from them? Left a bad review about this product on their website but it looks like they pick and choose their product reviews so it doesnt show up. That makes their reviews useless.

Great little hard shop in an obtuse location. If you can find the time to get up here its a great little shop with lots of options. Bobby, I believe the owner, was incredibly helpful and well informed of all hats. All the staff where friendly and sociable being able to educate me on hat care procedure.Hours are a bit off and wish they were open a little later in the afternoon for those people who have normal working hours and want to get up there. I had to take a half day to find the time.

Wanted to buy one of their hats, but wanted some kind of assurance that I would be getting a Long Oval shape, and that would retain its shape...Their return policy does not cover this issue if it fails to hold the long oval shape...I e-mailed my question to Millers Contact us along with my phone number, and have heard back nothing from them....To me this is not good customer service....In talking by phone to the sales people I was told that Miller hats come in a round shape, and if requested, they would block it to a long oval shape....For everyone that knows anything about felt hats, you know that it is just a matter of a very short time that the hat will return to the round shape and be very uncomfortable to wear....I would have thought Miller Hats would have at least returned my e-mail or called me, as $244.00 is a lot of money to waste on a hat that will not fit properly.....very disappointed in Millers customer service...george

First time order of a Cav Stetson. They did a great job, hat was exactly what I wanted. No grommet holes if you dont order a chin strap so make sure you check yes on the chin strap. Sending the hat back and they said it was no problem
