They do a wonderful job cleaning my bbq grill. The grill cleaning service is very affordable considering what i paid for my outdoor kitchen. Highly recommend.

Stay away from them. After setting up an appointment a month in advance, they no showed for the appointment and then never returned calls for picked up the phone after multiple messages and attempts to see where they were at the day of the appt. Use someone else!

Matthew came to my house on time and was very friendly and was able to fix my igniters that were giving me issues. He also spent about 3-4 hours cleaning and polishing my outdoor grill and kitchen. It looks AMAZING!!!

If youre looking for a good grill cleaning service this is NOT it. and nobody is being fraudulent in these reviews as the owner is saying. John lacks ANY customer service skills and even basic people skills. Extremely rude and unprofessional.

Very Nice job! Was a bit skeptical at first reading some negative reviews. But after realizing they are all fake and slander we called Houston BBQ Grill Cleaning and very happy with the outcome. Will be recommending to all my friends and family.

Thank you Houston Grill Cleaning for scheduling me in last minute. I had some company coming over for Easter and wanted to grill out but my bbq was a complete disaster. Jon was able to squeeze me in and really made my day. Couldnt be happier the end result.

Its been several years since my outdoor grill looked so good and operated so well - probably not since it was first installed! Excellent service and so very easy to work with. Having cleaned ( tried to ) my grill myself I know the value far exceeds the price. Highly recommend!

Absolutely terrible and disgusting customer service. John left a shockingly rude and unnecessary voicemail using foul language towards a paying customer over miscommunication. Completely inexcusable behavior no after the circumstances. Flaky communication can’t keep commitments. Whatever you do, don’t book with this company I’m completely furious and appalled by their behavior and company standards. Disgusting.

Horrible experience. We set an appointment to get our ol reliable foreman cleaned one morning. The person that was sent to assist us was 2 hours late but that’s not even the worse part. Once we showed him our grill, we stepped off to let him work. My fiancé, however, forgot his phone in the garage. When he went back to get it, we see the associate literally SPITTING on our grill and rubbing it in with steel wool! He didn’t even care that he was caught! He only tried to convince us for a second that this was what he does with all grills, before admitting that he doesn’t care that he’s been caught, cause we can’t prove it! I don’t know what else was done but our grill now doesn’t work and it smells like breath all over the house. Horrible horrible service. I would give his name but he wasn’t in uniform and insisted we call him “slickback”! Ridiculous!

If you want a professional business don’t use this one! They treat you wrong and make up false stories to cover up their unprofessionalism and vulgar language. I do not recommend this company at all!

This service is worth every penny! I tried cleaning my bbq grill myself a few years ago, and it was disastrous. My hubby is crazy cheap, and even he cant argue with this value. Houston BBQ Grill Cleaning Service is a must every year for us. Yes-we use them annually! There is no chance I would have been able to get my grill to sparkle again the way he did. It looks fabulous! They are punctual, and they take time with the grill, taking everything out and meticulously cleaning each piece (about 4 hours for the monster that we have), making sure its perfect.

The man made himself a hamburger ON MY GRILL! And then ran me over WITH MY GRILL. Which caused a fire everywhere. We waiting on the firefighters now...

I live in Piney Point Village and sometimes im a little apprehensive on who I hire to come at my house. These guys were real professionals and reliable. They did a great job cleaning my outdoor kitchen and grill. John was very nice guy and i thought the price was well worth it.

The owner showed up at my house and was extremely rude. Asked to use my bathroom and completely broke my toilet. He also charged me for the time he used my bathroom. And didnt even actually clean my grill. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

After seeing all the positive reviews, I called and made an appointment a couple of weeks ago for grill and ventahood cleaning between 1-4 yesterday, October 29. When I called to confirm yesterday morning, the man who answered the phone said he was driving and would call me back. He never did. I called two more times to see if they were coming and left messages. No-one ever returned the call and they did not show up. I am not sure how you can run a business that way.

If your grill is looking kind of old and greasy maybe its time to call the best. The guys at Houston Grill Cleaning do what others dont want to do. Get all dirty and greasy cleaning your bbq grill. And let me tell you they do an absolutely amazing job everytime. Would recommend to anyone with a decent grill.
