I made a purchase through their awesome Instagram account, and within minutes of payment confirmation, I was contacted for shipping info and followed by a tracking number another few hours later. I had an issue with the tracking never getting scanned by USPS, and contacted them and they responded within minutes. They assured me their local post office has missed scans before and that the package would arrive just fine. It showed up 2 days later, right on time.
