Theres a very wide selection of fabrics to choose from. I strongly suggest that you browse each aisle. As being organized was not their strong suit.

Great selection. Head woman was a pain. She kept raising the price on a scrap piece of foam I wanted to buy. I just told her to keep it and left.

Huge selection of fabrics - however I would only go to this store to buy the fabric; do not use their services to have furniture covered. I took my sofa and love seat in to have it covered. When she was finished I had my husband go pick them up and they were all covered up. When my husband got home with the sofas we uncovered them and saw she did not do what she said she was going to do. 1) we discussed making the butt cushions one big piece. They came back in separate pieces the way I sent them. I told her she needed to fix it and she argued with me about me not paying her to do that. I showed her the sheet she drew me of the sketches with arrows pointing to everything with a price on it (that I DID pay). 2) all of the back cushions (which were supposed to be oversized pillow) were all different sizes and there were not nearly enough pillows to cover the entire sofas. She actually apologized for that and said she would re-do them the right way and it took 3 MONTHS. I had sofas in my living room with no back cushions on them for 3 months. Every time I called to check on them she would just tell me they will be do tomorrow or they will be done next week but it was never true. Today I finally got them back and they are WAY too small and do not fit my sofa correctly. After spending $3,500 on these sofas in work and fabric I am just going to have to go buy new couches because these will not cut it. Im just very disappointed with what she promised me she would do and what she actually did. I will try to post a picture to show what they looked like. But overall terrible customer service and horrible timing on turnaround.

I had the cushions for my leather sectional restuffed and they did an amazing job! They are very firm and have made such a difference. I would highly recommend Perfect Windows for any upholstery projects - plus they an amazing selection of upholstery fabrics at amazing prices!

Terrible service. The lady is Chinese and I dont think she cares about customer. I called her to make an appointment with her, and she told me to text her my address and she will call me back. I waited for a day, she never did. Next day I called, she said let her check and then she never called back. I called her, she didnt pick up the phone, I texted her, she ignored all my texts. I dont think this company cares about new customers. Just dont waste your time with them.

What ever you do stay away from these people. They are not honest in any way. There are plenty of reputable fabric and upolstry companys. These people however are not.

I like this store because they have not only fabrics, but a lots of drapery and upholstery supplies, drapery hardware and decorative trims.

Fantastic prices on quality fabrics and trim. Lots of lovely faux silk and sheers for windows or dresses.

I have been waiting for 1 month for someone to call me back and give me an estimate. Every time they tell me that they are busy or they will call me back but nothing happens. Very unreliable service!

I went here to get custom curtains spoke with peter and he said he would have to come to our house and do measure and there was a $50 charge we said no problem and paid he was supposed to come to our house the next day he never came we called him for a week and left several messages he never picked up or called us back finally after a week we called him from a different number and he picked up made up some excuse and said he will be there the next day still never showed up will be going back to get a refund very un reliable I can only imagine what would happen if we actually ordered our curtains here save your self trouble and goto another store

Horrible customer service. They no-showed on me twice when they had made a consultation appointment at my house. I text them if they still wanted my business and they never responded. The answer is obviously they don’t want my business.

Don’t pay them in advance, don’t trust the owner Peter, never take his promises seriously, never believe him .

Terrible service. Non-responsive and a lot of no-shows.
