This shop is absolutely amazing! Their cotton fabrics are beautiful and varied. They have plenty of other goodies to browse and explore. I bought a really cute homemade quilt with geometric whales for them and they were very helpful when I inquired about materials for my own projects. The owner was kind and welcoming. Very lucky to have this shop here locally. Even if youre not a quilter I would recommend checking them out!

Very frustrated. Spent 20.00 to Uber there and they were closed due to the quilt expo. Should have posted on web site. Was excited because of the great reviews.

Went in and stated I knew nothing about sewing and the tag team of the sweet Jelena and Linda got me together with tips and new ideas for my project. I can say I love 100% of the quilting stores Ive visited. Thanks again ladies!

I cannot sing the praises highly enough of this adorable little quilt shop tucked away in the heights. The owners and her daughters are helpful, friendly, willing to work with customers for as long as it takes to make sure they are happy with whatever fabric they purchase. I have bought fabric from a number of quilt shops over the years and this one stands out as the being the best.

If I could give this place more stars I would! It is a hidden treasure here in Houston. If you have ever wanted to get into any kind of sewing craft this is the place to go to get some massive support. The ladies here are so helpful and will give you as much information as you ask for and then some. Charismatic and kind, very hard to find this kind of shop these days! Customer service is amazing but mostly it feels like youre talking to a friend that has all the supplies and the tips you need for your project! Skip Joanns and go here instead. They have all the fabric and batting and embroidery items and so much more!

Nice shop, but they have crazy hours! I don’t think they know how much business they’re losing. Not before 1pm, not on Thursdays. Hard to keep track of. Definitely call before you go.

Hidden gem! I absolutely love this shop- very good quality fabric compared to big brand companies. Fabric lasts a lot longer and they have unique patterns you won’t find at many places 🥰 I recommend.

My go to quilting store for wonderful batik fabrics and many other choices as well. They always are helpful and have ideas to share. One quick question I have though for the wonderful owner and/or ladies who work there: I am running out of time and need to finish a quilt. The top is finished but I need someone to quilt it for me. Do you have any suggestions on where to find such a person or does anyone at the shop do it?

The ladies were very friendly and out going and they were ready to help with any of my questions. I will definitely be going back to visit them, when I am in Houston.

I visit every time I come from the UK to visit familyy and there are always new products to see and enjoy. The staff are very helpful too if you are unsure about planning a quilt or want ideas.

Another quaint and awesome place in the Heights. My best friend works there and I know the owners. So many beautiful fabrics and patterns. Its easy to get inspired to create.

This quilt show is worth a visit in the Houston area. It is off the beaten path so you have to want to go there, but it has a nice selection of fabric and patterns that makes it worth it. Located in an old home, they have worked hard to utilize all the space. There are some wonderful quilt kits and very reasonable prices available here, with great patterns and displays.

Love this shop for great fat quarter selection. She also has tons of panels for quilting.

Ive been hard pressed to find a quilt shop in Houston that isnt one of the big chains with cheap fabric. I was thrilled to discover Tea Time Quilting. They carry a great variety of a high-quality fabrics, and all of the staff are so friendly and helpful. Reminds me of quilts shops in small towns where I grew up.

I was thrilled by my experience at Tea Time Quilting. I have never quilted before and Jalena helped me so much. She explained why the 1/4 inch is so important, she showed me examples of different seams, and she gave me the confidence to get the machine out of the box. I am so glad I went here!

Small but made the most of its space. The lady was very nice and helpful. She helped us pick out fabrics without being overbearing and it didnt feel like she was rushing us out of the store. We will definitely be back.

I liked the fact that the sale items were up front! The lady I talked to was very friendly and cordial.

Super helpful people, will help you with everything fabric, sewing and quilting as well. Dont be in a rush, this is a place not for rushing, it is old school and conversations and stories will be had and told. Brilliant.
