Blinds I ordered was so beautiful and I was very pleased. I am very big on customer service and it was 100% just excellent. They even kept in touch with updates and I never had to call them. Gotcha covered recently installed several Alta roller shades in my home. In the past I used Elite Window Coverings. I am very happy I went Gotcha Covered this time. Service was excellent, product arrived without damage, they took their time doing the installation to make sure everything was perfect, and just all around good people. The price/cost also came in well under their competitors. Wish I had known about them sooner.

They invested a lot of time to get the right window solution for my picture window, including sourcing a hand made curtain pole and guiding me to pick the right fabric to suit my space. Excellent communication all through the process so I knew exactly what was happening and when the installation would occur. 6 stars!!!
