Customer service was excellent, they even send me pictures to my phone with previews of the work so I could choose the kind of letters I wanted, they did next day service Wich it was very nice, the finished work had excellent quality, I was very please with the whole experience, thank you guys, I will be back.

I called this company to see if they would embroidery my husbands black belt it took him 10 years to earn. The lady quite frankly said no we only do items @ a minimum of 25 or more. Guess Ill keep looking. Will be nice for someone to make an exception for something so important.
