I do not write reviews but in this case I had to review. My fiancé designed my engagement ring with Harold and there is not a day that goes by that someone does not stop me to tell me how unique and stunning my ring is. It is absolutely gorgeous and sparkles at all angles. It’s simple and delicate with hints of detail. It is exactly what I have always wanted and more. I was in the market for a preowned Rolex. I went to Lewis Jewelers which was ridiculous for my budget plus they really didnt stock any preowned and say its rare when they get them. I like to go to places where someone can recommend but with them being out of my budget I had to resort to Google. I found several places but this place stood out. Harold, who I personally worked with, had so many 5 star reviews. Many of the reviews were newer and also I got the feeling that he had loyal customers that kept coming back to him. The more I read the more I became confident that I was going there. He has a short video on his website which also helped my buying decision, where he backs his product and also repairs Rolex watches. Harold is a gentleman, experienced and cut to the chase kind of guy. I told him my budget and he immediately gave me an option on a two tone which is what I was gearing for. I came back a couple of days later because the watch fit me a bit tight and he took it and added a link and had it done quickly. Dont waste your money here they will rip you off you will pay so much for less the old man wanted to sell me a 1/3 of a carat diamond with a simple setting for $5800.00 I found a better place and I bought a .62 of a carat diamond which is a little bit more than 1/2 carat with a beautiful setting of 36 stones plus the Main stone and a GIA report for less price than thisBecause of my experience I would not recommend this place at all

Purchased a diamond at 5:00pm he told me it would be ready the next day maybe at the end of the business day. To my surprise he worked on it that night and morning and it was ready to go by lunch. I had a wonderful experience with Harold and his team. I was a first-time shopper for an engagement ring, but I had shopped for jewelry before at bigger chain-type stores. In the past...I always felt like someone was trying to get the better of me. Harolds team was on a different planet from a lot of those places. There were no frills, and they made the process simple, clear and honest. In the end, Harold helped me find a stone and setting that were within my budget, he directly addressed a lot of my fears and concerns, and my now-fiancee was thrilled with the product (which, as he pointed out when finished answering all of my questions about the relative importance of all the different diamond features...having a happy fiancee at the end who doesnt ever want to take off the ring is the most important part of the process). There are a lot of jewelry stores around (and I certainly went to a few in the process), but no other place made me feel as comfortable with everything. In fact, I feel so strongly about that last statement, that I think it would be worth anyones while to visit with Harold and his team early in the process no matter what youre thinking. Went into the store today. No prices displayed which should have been my first clue. I explained that I needed to keep it under 500$ as I need to cross the border and don’t want to get taxed again. The salesman possibly mr Reese, suggested that I just put it in my pocket and who’s the wiser. I HATE that. People who encourage me to commit crime and don’t have any stake in the outcome. I tried to explain that I don’t do that and cross the border regularly. He seemed to still think it was no big deal. I was becoming agitated as I hate that sort of thing. I finally threw the f bomb as in “ I don’t f... around at the border”. He scolded me for the language as there was a lady present. That’s when I decided I’d had enough and left the store. The entire time I felt pressure to spend more than I had budgeted and that I was being pressured to do what I didn’t want to do. I would wonder what else mr Reese is doing there if he’s so glib to suggest to a customer that it’s ok to commit fraud and not be entirely honest at the border. I will never go there again and would suggest no one else does either.
