There is one tall, old, bald, indian I believe guy. Super rude, hes is very very bitter. Hes not hapy at his job. All i asked was about a color of a shirt he basically left me speaking by myself.And he was screaming at another Guatemalan guy (his worker)I will come back but i will record secretly all the issues going on. And hopefully i see him screaming at his workers or at me again he will be famous in the internet.

Manager very rude and refused to accept our government issued tax free id paperwork that was printed out from the state not hand written accusing me of forging it. By far the worst experience I have ever had in a retail establishment. Will never shop with this company again. Save yourself the frustration and go to SH Vinyl right down the road. Much nicer people and don’t accuse their customers of forgery when given a legal document.

After many years of coming here Ive never encountered such rude behavior by the store manager, as I did today. He was extremely rude and condescending to me. And then proceeded to be rude and chewed out an employee that was simply trying to rectify an issue that I had with a shirt previously purchased just last week. He cheated her out in front of everybody in the store, which is very unprofessional. The young lady has exceedingly better customer service than her boss. Very disappointing and I will see how I can get shirts going forward online, with another vendor, instead of driving down here to get them. It only takes one experience from a leader like that to ruin everything.

Horrible customer service! The manager and employees treat customers like it’s a bother to even ask a question. They need new management and employees. People that actually want to help people out.

I love this place but the owner was very rude this past weekend.The weekend before a worker directed us to the ladies room, and walked us to the “employees only” (yes clearly marked) restroom.We drive from Riverside, Texas to get there so we truly had to go. We were waiting for the person to come out. The owner walks by and yells at us that the customer restroom is around the corner &&& waves & points at it in a rude manor &&& says, that one is employee only! YOU USE THAT ONE (points at other one).I apologized & said well this is the one we were directed to last time.He yells back, that is employee only you can’t go in there.Again I respond, I’m sorry, that is the one they told me to use last time...He responds ... IT DOESN’T MATTER!So in my head I’m thinking, if it doesn’t matter, why are you losing it!?So, we go in the other one &&& there is NO TISSUE PAPER!After driving well over 2 hours to get to this store, I was very upset by the way I was yelled at, that was very rude &&& disrespectful.It really ruined my day.It is basically an all day event for us to drive there &&& give them our business just to get yelled at.

Aviva usually has the shirt you need for any occasion. The staff is always pleasant, so thats a plus. There are a lot of stores along Harwin that have staff who are not so friendly, and this could be attributed to having to deal with an innumerable amount of people owning all kinds of characters and personalities. Aviva staff starts and ends with a smile. Now all they need is the ability to print on the shirts they sale and they would monopolize the T-shirt game 🤣🤣🤣

Great place for heat press materials and wholesale shirts. They have a good variety of vinyl options and I always find the colors and styles of vinyl I need. I’d give 5 stars if they sold crop tops and halter tops too. Also it’s always a ton of people shopping and barely any parking.

They always have a great stock and selection! The store is very tidy, I like going to places that have themselves together. Nothing is worse than a store that has a million shirts all over the floor and packages everywhere and this place never has that. The staff is helpful and friendly as well.

I was very excited to find out about their services, I ordered over $250 worth of vinyl which I received as filthy as can be and I had to pay to send them back.

I placed an online order and they sent me the wrong size. When I notified them in email with my email invoice, they told me they wouldnt send the right size unless I sent them a copy of the printed packing receipt that we had already thrown away. Ridiculous. Just lost a customer.

My daughter bought me a cricut machine. This was all new to me. Im learning and having fun doing so. I found out about this place and go there pretty much 5 days a week. Love the selection but they have got to be the most friendliest folk ever. You know it really doesnt hurt to be cordial to people especially when youre counting on them to patronize your business.Just my opinion and i know nothing will change nor will they go out of business because for now its booming. So i get what i need......show then how to be friendly and Im gone.

Its my in town go to and I like the expansion and greater variety, however still cramped. Please fix the are you in line issue? Having the line where the most popular product you sell is doesnt make sense when there are clearly marked spots on the floor in the less congested adjacent aisle. Just tell the people where to line up.

You can’t show you close at 7pm on google but put a sign you close at 6:45pm . Very disappointing to arrive at 6:50pm and you were already closed .

The cashiers are rude they see people trying to pay they ignore the customers they are to busy looking up stuff online or they be on their phones.

Good prices on vinyl if you are a beginner with a cricut. You can also buy rolls if needed.

People were packed pretty tight in the aisles (especially the aisle where the express lane extends into), which makes it really hard to move around the store. Ended up bumping into 3 people in the 20 minutes I was there. Most of the employees are using their masks as chin straps or below their nose (like what’s the point)? I saw a few people with no masks at all. I’m not really paranoid with Covid, but that place made me feel pretty unsafe.Bright side: good selection at good prices. Lots of shirts in nice pretty colors in a lot of sizes. Employees are fast to pick up shirts that accidentally fell.1pm on a weekday

First time here, overall good experience. Large selection of HTV and adhesive vinyl, huge selection of shirts/hoodies/etc in all kinds of colors, styles, and materials. Looks like all the HTV is their private label, will see how it works and holds up.Warehouse environment typical of most stores on Harwin, very busy on a Friday afternoon. Slim aisles, poor social distancing and masking by some customers. A fair amount of customers smelled pretty dank, like they just burned one in the parking lot, not that theres anything wrong with that though. 😉Lines moved quickly, staff was friendly and helpful. Picked up some things to try, prices were good and Im sure Ill be back.

I’ve been shopping Aviva less then a year. I’ve never gone when the line wasn’t moving at warp speed (even during what i would consider peak time on a Saturday), someone is always rapid folding t shirts to keep it neat & once I followed the directions for their HTV I’m simply impressed. Today I popped in and social distancing was a thing of the pass that’s my ONLY issue but as far as product, variety, assortment, cleanliness, customer service! A1, ALWAYS worth my 45 minute drive!

Absolutely love the product! Never had a problem with my order besides today they accidentally sent me sliver glitter vinyl instead of just plain silver but I called and they lady was very nice and polite to me and said she would ship out my order today, I think this vinyl is super easy to weed and apply! Highly recommend, and the prices are wonderful! Cheapest vinyl I have found and it’s not junk!

They make me a order and I didn’t have the material, so I order there 2 shirts and one onesie and I order on Nov 10th. I pay $9dls of shipping but I didn’t care to pay cause it was a “priority mail 2days” and it supposed to come in the 13th and it came in the 17th😡 so I was like okay whenever they come I would make quick the shirts and send it to my costumer, but finally the mail came and huge box without the onesie. I failed my costumer so so bad, so it’s the last time I would buy here and it hurts cause I didn’t want change store. I wanted to keep supporting my store in Houston 💔 but i guess no more😏
