I was told by a few people who had visited this place before that they were going to be pretty rude. But I got to say this place was incredibly professional, clean, patient w/me, well-organized, and the girl that showed me around was the NICEST person ever. Well be buying our countertops (bella blanco) from them because not only did they have the most beautiful options. They were just plain friendly ❤️

Not impressed. Sales personnel were unfriendly and seemed to be bothered by our showing up to review their quartz selections without an appointment. As we were in the area looking at other quartz companies we thought we would stop by and see what they had. The young lady offered to take us in the back to review their inventory and then said she couldn’t since she was the only one there. About that time another young woman came out from the back and sat down at one of the desks. The first young lady just looked at us and never repeated her original offer to take us back to look at their inventory. Obviously we walked and found exactly what we were looking for right down the road at another stone facility. To the owners, bad customer service equals no sales and bad reviews.

They are willing to take care of their customers.

I recommend this place, I have been so stressed with the process of remodeling our home. I was referred to them by one of my friends. The two young ladies in the office were very pleasant and very helpful. They were so nice and patient with me made me feel so comfortable. I will deft be back.

Highly recommend and speaking to Dio. She was very knowledgeable and patient as she showed us around to see the slabs within our price range. She was very nice and once she knew what I liked was able to show me all the slabs that met that.

They do not handle their work especially Wendy yells at you and does not know how to serve customers that unpleasant
