They helped us see the exact slab we wanted, and patiently explained the next steps. The showroom has a huge selection of tile, stone, and luxury vinyl flooring. Absolutely recommend visiting to get the help you need.

We made an appointment due to COVID and I liked the personal attention we received. We were looking for quartz and there were several options to choose from. Herendida helped us and was very knowledgeable. We had been to a couple of other companies, but MSI had the best selection.

We made an appt due to covid, it was easy. We had a great time with Terry. She was very helpful, and friendly. She really knew her stuff. She helped us match all of our products together. Granite countertop, back splash and slate flowering. I would definitely go there again for another home project. Ask for Terr . Shes the best.

They told me when I ordered my material for my customer a delivery day and that day coming with no material a week later it finally shows up by then my customer with somewhere else and they still tried to make me pay for it I will never do business with them again

I have never been more disappointed with a product. We purchased the Pelican Gray Rigid Core LVP Vinyl flooring from Home Depot for our kitchen. From the beginning our contractor noticed a problem with the scoring of the tongue in groove part of the plank, resulting in the inability to lock/stay connected during installation. After several trips back to the store exchanging boxes of noticeably defected material, we still had a significant amount of unusable defected flooring in each box. Eventually, the project was completed but took 2-3 times more in labor hours than projected. Within a week of completion, we noticed separation of the planks at the joints. After several attempts reinstalling in several areas to correct the problem by our contractor, it only worsened. Home Depot referred us to the manufacturer for a warranty claim. Their so called warranty is worthless!! Even if they had accepted SOME responsibility for the defected product, I still lost money on the installation fee. After less than 2 months of installation by a 5 star, google rated contractor with 20 years of experience we replaced the flooring with another manufactures product. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY USING A MSI PRODUCT!!

We looked at their granite selection. The staff was great and moved multiple slabs for us to ensure we got the perfect two slabs that matched. They are very organized and knowledgeable on their granite selection. I went to multiple places, and MSI was by far the most professional and well run.

After being told by another company the counters we wanted were out of stock, I needed to find something quick to stay on schedule.MSI has a huge selection. This place is amazing!! There is so much inventory it is hard to make a decision. If you want to cover your floor, counters, walls, or perhaps your ceiling, this is the place for you! Nakul spent several hours showing us everything we wanted to see and then some. He was simply amazing and knew everything about everything. GO NO FURTHER for you will not be disappointed. One note...This is the place you go to pick all your “stuff” out and then you hire your “person” to do all the work. Of course you can get recommendations of reliable fabricators here as well; just ask. Now go, go, go!!!

We were trying to pick out materials for a full house remodel when we stumbled across this place. What a difference it made to be able to see samples of everything we needed for our project! All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We did not have an account there, but we immediately advised our contractor that obtaining an account with MSI would be very beneficial to his business. He signed up and we were able to go hand pick the granite pieces we wanted for our home. We were dreading the drive but the location was easily found. Once inside we were pleasantly surprised at how nice the front office was set up. Very knowledgeable, helpful staff. Our General contractor referred us to MSI and we were surprised by the quantity of product, size of facility and ability to look at a full slab of granite out in the open due to large overhead cranes. Be ready to spend some time looking around and ladies youll have to wear a hard hat so your hair may get messed up.

Was sent to MSI Stone by our counter-top contractor/installer. The staff was friendly and professional. We never felt rushed. Only down side is they were out of samples for a couple items. We would recommend them to any of our friends.

On 14JUN19 my wife and I visited MSI to select counter tops and flooring for our home. We were immediately impressed by the MSI showroom layout and the amount of products they had available. We were even more impressed by the representative, Herendida Estrada, which assisted us. She was extremely professional and displayed a wealth of knowledge regarding the counter tops and flooring. Her technical expertise regarding the materials was very helpful. She was patient and provided outstanding solutions and ideas for our project. She even showed us how to use the outstanding application that MSI has on-line. We strongly recommend you check out MSI and specifically Herendida Estrada to assist you with your projects.

We have used MSI twice to select our floors, counter, and backsplash to remodel bathrooms. We were very pleased with their selection and quality. Herendida Estrada helped us both times and she was wonderful! She was very knowledgeable and her decor talent was spot-on!

Our contractor sent us to MSI to look at granite slabs. This was a very nice place and the girls that waited on us were very polite and helpful. They went above what I was expecting to find. They answered all our questions and emailed us files of our selection. I would recommend them to anyone looking for help with countertops and backsplashes.

I cant say I would shop here again. The associate I delt with was rude and slow. They also dont allow children in the slab room (lots of places dont allow kids to wander, but the lady wouldnt even let me go in with my newborn strapped to my body). Maybe I could overlook this if the had a spectacular inventory, but after looking at other showrooms, I wasnt impressed.

MSI is the most amazing place to find granite, stone, porcelain, slate, and rock. The largest selection I have ever seen is here. It is truly mind boggling. I had to visit 6 times before I could make up my mind on my selection. I needed a large amount of granite so it was a BIG decision. They make it easy, no rush and you can go back as many times as you need to decide. They have an automated pulley system to bring out whole slabs and you can view as many as you want. They told me most people make several trips before they commit because their selection is so vast. Unusual, one of a kind, enormous selection of styles and colors, you wont go wrong here.My salesman was so helpful and involved in the entire process. He also helped me pick out 2000 feet of travertine stone for my floors. Everything was on time, first quality, no damage. You cannot believe the choice you will have. Customer service was first rate.

I visited MSI 03/27/17 in search of granite for my home because it was recommended by Mr. Rojo of The Best Granite in Beaumont. Upon entering the registration/reception area, I was greeted with friendly smiles and instructions on how to register and get started. The tile showroom contained many wonderful displays for ideas and colors. MSI has a huge selection of stones, granite, etc., all indoors in their new warehouse. The warehouse area where the granite is displayed and stored is well lit, with much to choose from and safety rules in place to provide the best experience possible. Teresita helped me in locating, viewing and choosing the granite. I cant compliment her enough on her professionalism, helpfulness and knowledge. Thank you MSI and Teresita for making my trip a success!

You have to be a contractor for them to even discuss pricing with you or to even look at their inventory.... Dont waste your gas driving out here if you dont have an account there. At least that is what I was told by sales rep sarah

We visited MSI Houston in looking for kitchen countertops. MSI has great selections, marble, granite, quartz, and comes with 2cm and 3cm. Best of all, our customer service rep Herendida E was so helpful, she goes through many choices with us. And when we have to transfer stones from California, she contacted us on time for us to lock down the Stone we like.Great job, Herendida. We really appreciated.

MS International is outstanding!! I hope that this review can convey a bit of how appreciative we are for the excellent customer service we received. The selection at MS International is much better than other tile companies we visited. However, it was the customer service from Nakul P., a sales representative at MS International, that won us over.On Saturday, March 18th, we were to meet our interior decorator. She was unable to keep our appointment, but since we have limited time, my husband and I decided to go anyway and just look around. We hoped to get some ideas so that we could move forward with our remodel when our decorator was available. Given that we were not working with a decorator, we didnt expect much in the way of customer service. Were we ever wrong!When we arrived a bit before 10:00 a.m. and checked in, we met Nakul. He went above and beyond on Saturday. Nakul worked with us on selections for remodeling our home until almost 2:00 p.m., long after the business was closed. He patiently showed us many options and provided excellent suggestions and alternatives. Nakul is very knowledgeable about all of their products so he was able to answer all of our questions and address any concerns. Nakul really listened to us and our concerns and plans, likes and dislikes. He never rushed us, never made us feel that we were imposing and never pressured us to buy more expensive materials. In fact, he suggested alternatives to our selections so we had choices. I rarely write reviews of companies, but my husband and I were so impressed by Nakul and MS International that I had to share our experience. We both strongly recommend this business for its selection of materials, ideas and inspiration and for its outstanding customer service. I imagine all of the sales representatives working at MS International are knowledgeable, but if you are fortunate enough to work with Nakul, you will not be disappointed. Called to source a tile, waited on hold a total of 10 minutes, talked to 3 different people, only to be told no at the end. I would hate to think what it would be like to actually order something here.

I spent almost 4 hours at MSI on two separate days and found exactly what I was looking for within my price range. I couldnt have been more satisfied with the help of my sales rep, Sarah Jeffrey. She made what could have been a very stressful, frustrating experience into one that was very productive and enjoyable, and I left both days with a great feeling of satisfaction in not only finding everything that I needed, but really liking everything and how well it all coordinated. Sarah was extremely patient and knowledgeable, and her energy was very calming. Even in the uncomfortable August heat in the warehouse, she took her time to find just the right pattern on the granite that I was looking for in my price range, and she didn’t give up until I was happy with it. And I really appreciated her help and guidance in making final decisions on what coordinated well together.If you’re in the market for new countertops, whether in granite, marble, quartz, or quartzite, I highly recommend making an appointment with Sarah at MSI and giving yourself at least half a day. They have a huge selection of not only countertop options, but also tile for the kitchen backsplash, bathroom shower, and floors. And you get to choose the exact slab of granite or marble you want based on the particular pattern you prefer. It was great having so many options to choose from, and finding exactly what I was looking for.

Pretty frustrated with customer service. Two attempts for appointments; first attempt we were half way there (hour or so drive) and appointment was cancelled on their end because of a meeting. Second time our representative working with another customer, but because of the closing time would not meet with us.
