Gina, Melvin and Nancy are awesome! That said, ask for the specific final measurements of each cabinets when they send someone to measure. Otherwise, the results will be very narrow in depth and width vs your old cabinets. Quality is pretty flimsy compared to other cabinets in the market based by touch alone. Drill holes to hang it up and the pressed laminated pieces splits into jagged colored, pieces. It may be the contractors fault/error installing but the quality of the cabinet shouldnt be that sensitive. You shouldnt have to baby it when installing but thats the risk of those cabinets, especially inserting shelf pins and have the inner plank board bend out as if its not glued on tightly.Also ask for the price difference between certain granites, flooring or accessories because prices are not displayed.Despite their showroom display, most cabinet and granite choices are unavailable or predictably discontinued but yet still displayed to make you think they have a diverse selection. Think about that tactic. Im sure theyre busy but cant someone place a sign or sticker saying, out of stock or even cover the out of stock choices after so many people inquired about the same unavailable items? Why would you make your clients waste time choosing items you dont have anymore? Or, is that just some of the shenanigans they pull on the buyers?Like the saying, you get what you paid for. NEVER AGAIN, along with my contractor who referred this place.

Its a little hidden gem for contractors and knowledgable homeowners. The selection of granite countertops, cabinets, flooring, sinks, and to a lesser extent, tile cant be matched anywhere else, especially for the price. Theyre able to keep their prices reasonable and quality high by keeping their overhead low so dont expect a bunch of associates standing around to greet you and answer your every design question. Its not a flashy showroom, but who cares at these prices? There are people (like Gina) who are knowledgable and helpful but theyre typically so busy they wont be able to spend alot of time walking around the store discussing every little detail with you. Bottom line, its a no-frills, one-stop shop with great prices, awesome selection, and top-notch quality granite, cabinets, and floors. Youll save a ton of money in the end.

They have a wide selection of everything. Great prices. And the best part, the people here are extremely helpful and go out of their way to make sure you get what you need. The selection of granite is humongous. They have marble, quartz, porcelain, quartzite, etc. Cabinets, sinks, faucets, tile. Really could be a one stop place for people who know what they want. The prices are way better than other places on Hempstead Rd. Definitely better than big box retailers.

If you’re looking for a retail shopping experience I would not suggest this place. However if you know what you want or you’re a contractor like me, this is the place to go. Their granite yard is a mess but what they have is nice and they have great prices! So I give this place a 4 out of 5 for retail, but for contractors it’s a 5.

If you want quality granite and good customer service, DO NOT buy from Granite Master and/or ask your contractor NOT TO BUY from Granite Master. This granite store sells sub-standard granite, but its web site provides a different picture on quality and customer service.Many of its contractors and/or customers are ethnic, who are not accustomed or familiar with quality granite and/or product and service; hence, they do not file any complaints.If you plan to install granite in your home/business, insist the contractor to provide the name and address of the store from which the contractor buys the granite and visit the store to see for wider selection.

Anyone who gives this place anymore than one star does not care about quality customer service. I guess if you’re looking for the cheapest price this might be a good place to shop but be prepared to be extremely frustrated throughout the entire experience. From dodging forklifts and dealing with rude employees I’m not sure it’s worth saving a few extra bucks . My recommendation go spend a few extra dollars somewhere else and actually get customer service .

I always go to Granite Masters for all of my counter top kitchen bathroom sink needs. Excellent prices and products. However if your not familiar with contractor pricing they will upcharge plus staff can be very very rude if you are not familiar with the way their system works..make sure you have an A frame.....lol

A lot of contractors use this place, and theyre pretty crowded early in the morning so, I figure, a lot of them to go over there to pick up the materials before they go out to their jobs. Im assuming it is a well-known source of countertop covers including granite and quartz. We picked up a sink and ceiling materials for my granite countertop reinstallation

Worst experience Ive had in the last 7 years Ive came here. When I called to speak to a supervisor or manager about an employee named mung/mang (was trying to get his real name from the manager). Mr.mang was telling my regular clients that i was bringing in that he could do that job and they did not need my company. So beware this guy is stealing jobs from under his customers!!! And telling them false information).Mr.Mang picked up the phone himself and continued to ask me many questions, even after I stated I wanted to speak to a manager!!! Then proceed to yell at me on the phone about what i said was wrong. And I asked again could I please to talk a manager. He yells at me I am the manager and continues to yell and be very unprofessional. And I told him I will have to probably drive up there and file a complaint with his boss. He said I dont care and hung up the phone. Oh and I called back again and he refused to let me speak to anyone else. So I told him I didnt want to blow this thing up and thought I could call and speak to someone but since I cant I will take it online. To my amusement he yelled back I dont care!!!! Management needs to take care of this asap!!!

If I can select 0 star I would. Because I have 0 answer from these people, save your quality time and stay away. A total circus and not a place for customers. The place looks like a garbage dump, inside and out, and the workers are too busy smoking cigarettes and chit-chatting to help. The granite is all stacked where you cant see it and the guys running the tractors/cranes are very unsafe. Ive been to other granite yards before but this is more like a garbage dump.
