Great customer service and great prices!

The sweet girl with the short hair is a gem! She is so helpful & sweet. I’ve been using products from here to help with my acne and it always delivers. Must have patience to find the right product but it has worked for me. Prices have gone up.. but I still enjoy shopping here. There’s a rewards program so I usually rack up enough points to use them.

I would not recommend this place. At all. I came into shop on a Saturday evening at 7:20 pm and the young lady inside stated they were closed. This was strange considering that the open sign was still on and Google lists they close at 8pm. I thought maybe there was mistake online and they actually closed at 7 not 8. I was very wrong because I called the next day to speak to a manager about what happen and I was informed that the store actually closes at 8. The lady on the phone apologized and gave me the number of a manager which I called. I am convinced it was a fake number because the person didnt know what I was talking about and hung up on me. I say all this to say that I am inclined to believe that young lady turned me away simply because I am black as I cannot fathom any other reason why she would do it. And for that reason, I will never shop nor recommend anyone I know shop at a company that is potentially very racist. I am 99.99% certain had I not been black, I wouldnt have been turned away.

I like this store. I think its a good place to get Korean makeup and skincare. Keep in mind when buying Korean makeup that they are geared towards a more natural look, so if youre looking for some highly pigmented makeup youre not going to find it here. The staff here are helpful and friendly. I think the only issue with this place is the parking.

I love the face shop. Their products are amazing. They have changed my skin for the better. I highly recommend stopping by this loving environment. Its worth the money spent.

My first time there was great. The customer service was great as well, the young lady worked with me and answered all the questions I had and gave me some advice on what products to choose. I do wish that those people that left negative reviews give it a second chance, shouldnt judge the store or the other workers there based on one bad experience. I will definitely visit this place again! :D

I absolutely love this place. They have all sorts of different Korean beauty products, for different types of skin and skin tones. All of the prices are very affordable in my opinion.

Lovely customer service. They have a lot of cute things and found all the items I needed marked at a very reasonable price. They also gave me lots of samples and asked to sign up for a rewards card. Sales people arent annoying like other stores but are very polite and always happy to answer questions.

My first time visiting the store in north Houston all this stuff is great Im excited to get Korean products for not only me but my mom and family as gifts.. Son is very helpful and adorable everyone in north Houston should check out the new location next to suns club 😊

It was a really nice experience here. I didnt stay for long but the staff here were really nice and helpful and I had a pleasant time looking around. When I bought something the lady at the front have gave me some free samples and even went through the trouble of explaining what it did to me. Wouof definitely come again if I come back to Houston.

The store is well organized and has very friendly sale reps with a lot of knowledge of the products. They are very helpful in finding what you need!

The girls were incredibly helpful and made great recommendations as well as loading me up with samples that matched the products I bought. Will definitely be back!

This is my first review ever. I was looking forward to this shop, because theres no face shop where I live. The sales associates didnt really care to help. They seemed like they didnt want to be there. I needed help applying cc powder, but I ended up having to do it myself. I am new to makeup, so I was terribly disappointed with the customer service. Im sorry to say I wouldnt recommend this store to any of my friends or family. God bless you! Please appreciate your customers!

Really nice shop. Reasonable prices for quality. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I walked in and the GORL at the front was on her phone, stared at me and looked back down at her phone. It was only after I greeted her did she ask if I needed help. She showed me what I was looking for and after I purchased it I kept looking because I remembered I needed something else.She then told me that she was about to close the tore in 5 minutes (it was 15 minutes to close time). I asked her a question and she acted like she didnt want to help me AT ALL. So rude! I drive 30 minutes to get there based on someones recommendation and it was a bad experience. Thankfully I still made some good purchases but I definitely wont be back to that location.

I have problematic acne-prone skin thats been acting up lately. I mean huge cystic pimples. Went here looking for some relief. I was greeted immediately by the girls there. They offered me tons of help for my oily skin and were so honest in their recommendations. The products are a little pricey, but they are high quality. After using the moisturizer and scrub for a while, I notice my skin clearing up. I definitely recommend this place for its superb customer service and products.

Better to go inside with prior knowledge about Korean skincare and TFS items, but its really awesome more and more shops like this are opening in Houston and not only Dallas. Girls in there are very informative about the products and are very happy to give you info on other stores that carry the items you are looking for!

Both service reps walked to the back when I came in, and neither greeted me so I walked out. I too am a business owner who came into this establishment to find products for my Asian clients, but to experience such blunt racism, because all black people know what it means when other races act accordingly when walking in an establishment. America is my home, period, I was born here, but I understand this country is made up of many people that make the ECONOMY flourish. This is shameful and pathetic.

Love this store ! I am Korean beauty fanatic, its great that I can get Korean products locally and at a great price. Also the employees are very nice and helpful, I dont know what the other people that left reviews are talking about.

I always come to the Face Shop since I can’t get my products in Korea anymore! Whenever I need a cleanser or some cc cream that I can’t find at any other store, I come to the Face Shop! :)

I like this place. They have many different type of Skin care and Makeup stuffs. All of them are so cute, good quality and very affordable. They also give out free samples. Comparing to other places such as Ulta or Sephora... they wont. Well! they do, only when you ask but it always so little that u can only try for once or twice.About customer service, really good! The face shop is much more better than sephora, ulta or most of the cosmetic kios in the Mall.

Quaint store with nice products. Tenants dont hound you so ask if you have questions.

Pricey with cute Korean skincare and makeup, costs more than ktown in NYC.
