The pretzels here are ALWAYS hard, super chewy and taste stale, it’s like eating rocks. The customer service is also horrible. I miss Wetzel and Auntie Annie’s.

Pretzel was good but unfortunately the manager was terrible and rude.... The guy working there definitely need urgent training so he learns how to deal with customers.... Not sure if I am willing to deal with the same guy in future.

Horrible customer service, the man with orange/red hair wasn’t even speaking. i had to speak up and tell him what i wanted, and when i asked a question he didn’t even answer he just nodded his stupid head.

I had a Pretzel Bites combo meal with lemonade and vanilla glaze sauce. The lemonade was pretty good. The pretzels were ok, but not the best Ive had. The server who helped me was friendly and efficient. Fine place for a quick snack.

This place was closed.

The employee was making pretzels and then received the cash with the same gloves and went back to make more pretzels without changing his gloves. Gross. #COVID-19

Only one worker. Waited for a very long time in line. She didn’t even acknowledge me or anyone else behind me in line. Not even “sorry, we’re short staffed today, I’ll take your order in a sec.” we waited so long that we eventually just left because we were wondering if she’d ever get around to taking our order.

I used to work there its a very family like feel i had fun.

Never again! I’ve eaten here three times in the past week after making trips to mall. Today I saw them using the same ripped gloves that were barely holding on for touching the register, money, and then grabbing pretzels bites without tongs. I initially just asked for my money back and because I was so grossed out. He then pushed a trash can away WITH THE SAME GLOVES, but then I just asked him to use tongs to grab the bites. While waiting I saw them touching their faces or hair with gloves hands while making dough. So bummed. Hard pass.

Thay have good pretzels.

This is a great location to have and eat mini pretzel dogs.

Everytime i go here they are extremely polite and fast with my orders and it really annoys me that more people dont leave positive reviews, or tries to fix it before just saying the entire store is bad because of a single experience they had there

Food is overpriced and the employee working the register refused to let me buy items individually instead of as a combo... when you buy items separate it’s cheaper then the combo.....

The shift leader/Manager Amber is very rude and unprofessional.

3 lanes open, yet ignored forever. took 15 minutes to get to the cash register, and when it was my turn, the old lady left. and I waited longer for no service. while other people were going through.

I love the service. That they have given me when and gone.
