Great service, very yummy, fantastic menu, and smelled amazing. Highly recommend!

I went here twice & both times employees weren’t wearing gloves while handling ice cream at any other marble slab establishment they wear gloves I don’t know what’s so different about this place. i wish i could give zero stars because the customer service overall should just be worked on asap ❤️ also you guys should hire more people i see the same three guys over & over again they probably don’t wear gloves cause they tired of being overworked.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Management needs to really work on restaffing based on these reviews. I asked for my sons cake one way and I get there and mess up #1 is:its not even ready, they wanted until I got there to work on outside decorations #2 the cake looked nothing like the picture I requested it #3 he tells me the cake cannot have anything written because its too small. Why in the world would a place advertise something written on cakes if it doesnt fit?! When I said this cake looks nothing like the picture, the guy says its just a picture and I respond with well if its just a picture why would you promote something if you have no plans of copying exactly like it looks in your photo and do you see the time it is right now? I asked for my cake to be ready at 6pm, not 10 til 7. I spent 25 mins waiting for my cake and not receiving what I requested. Its evident that they began to work on the exterior of the cake until I showed up. Never ever again will I go here again. I highly advise anyone to go elsewhere because they clearly have no experience in customer service nor do they want to improve. Your employees are a reflection of your management. Not once in the time that I was in there did I get an apology and fix the cake exactly as I requested. Thats completely unacceptable.

It was okay. My ice cream melted super fast and it’s not as cool in there- maybe that’s why. Staff was like in a hurry and not very friendly. I don’t even think we were greeted when we came in lol but I mean we did come in in the last hour of closing time. Still tho... they were like rushing and the ice cream melting is just a bummer tbh. I’ve been to other ice cream places where the ice cream actually stays frozen so idk what they doin

Wanted something fun and different so we ordered a cookie cake. They followed my directions great and also put extra chocolate ( I had requested to put extra chocolate wherever you can) And they put an extra layer around the cake. Thanks so much for an awesome cake and design!

Only one guy working there. Asked for majestic shakes, guy saids they dont have any when theres a poster outside saying they serve majestic shakes.

Went here for my sons birthday. He wanted a icecream cake.Worst icecream cake ever. It had less than a 1 inch of cake the rest was icecream that had a funny taste. Next time will go somewhere else.

Ordered a butterfinger waffle cone and received a butterfinger cone. I told the staff member, but he didnt adjust it. Since he didnt give me the waffle cone, I asked for a cup to put the cone in. First listen, then provide good service.

Carlos is normally here helping me & my girls when we come in but today a young lady was there and clearly was the least bit in helping me & my girls.

The employee wasnt friendly at all and on top of that the ice cream had no taste. Ive bad a better experience at different brand. I wont be going back.

This location is honestly my favorite, the workers are always friendly and helpful especially the one named Carlos since he always brightens up the mood of the place. Not to mention they always make sure to get my order right even though it can be a bit complicated at times.

Terrible terrible customer service. There was one person working both ice cream and cookie lines. I walk in with my sister and after a crowd forms. Most of the crowd wanted ice cream and there was one other person in front of us that wanted cookies as well after that I was expecting the employee to come help us but no he went to help literally all 3 people in the ice cream line and FINALLY THE SECOND EMPLOYEE COMES OUT OF NOWHERE AND HELPS US. even then she was rushing did not ask if it was our first time didn’t give a run down of deals and discounts or anything. All she said was “hi” and “anything else....anything else....anything else” it wasn’t enthusiastic at all. This has been my third visit at this location and each time has been an unpleasant experience. Employees have attitudes when I ask questions, or make a slight change. One Latina heavy set girl literally rolled her eyes when I said I didn’t want nuts anymore. You need new employment at this location ASAP because I’ll never be visiting this location again.

Just came in about a couple of minutes ago with my sonp and was help by a young lady she gave me so much attitude and even while she was making my ice cream she would suck her teeth at me and she would slam the ice cream very hard on the slab terrible service overall will never be coming back here again

Marble slab is the place for snow. It tastes good and the service that is super affectionate and the warm atmosphere for those who meet the Carlos.
