Wow... The other reviews are correct. This place needs an overhaul. Its been getting terrible reviews for too long. Bring in management from one of the good stores and fix this hole. You got 2 extra stars. One because the food was still good, and another because the cashier was cute, really friendly, and attentive.

They are always out of coffee. The guy who makes the coffee is always dragging his feet like he’s not in the mood to work. Taco makers are so slow. The coffee area is so messy. And the store needs an upgrade on staff or better training.

The staff is amazing but They never ever have fountain drinks like they blink constantly lol why for the big cup if u can’t reuse it defeats the purpose

The staff is friendly, the food is inexpensive and very good. Everything is clean and organized and the location is good.

This place uses to be good until they changed staff. Now it keeps getting worst and worst everytime i make a stop for tacos. The coffee machines are always empty, my taco order always gets messed up and no one seems to know whats going on. Stay away from here if u value your time.

They used to have the best lunch deal around my job. Now it is a dollar more and they walk the food over to the cashier, that cause the line to move even slower. And 7/10 times the person getting the food cant speak English so they put random stuff in your container while you shake your head no until they put in the right item.

The lady at the front counter who is working at the time we went in at 2 pm today.she was VERY EXTREMELY RUDE. She refused to give me her name. We were 39 cent short and my husband was telling her he needed to go to the truck to get the change. She never said anything to us once we were next and immediately got on the phone so when he turned to go get it she said no you need to give me my 39 cents very rudely. We feel highly discriminated against because she was nice to everyone in line that looked like her. until it got to us then she got on the phone and handled us very rudely. I dont appreciate this at all and will be making reviews as well as contacting the better business bureau. I have never been treated in such a way and its very disappointing as well as hurtful. I normally love the experience at stripes! Today all drink fountains were down. There are 4 woman talking to a friend that Im guessing on the clock. There was a huge line for food that went quick. Cashier yelled at worker to change out syrup she kept talking to her friend as people rolled in dumping there drinks out because of taste. Also this was the dirtiest store by them I have seen! Just bad service today.

Their lead time on serving breakfast has slowed resulting in longer waits after ordering, food doesnt always seem fresh.Have had good experience too, but its not consistent.

They need better people serving the food again. I saw the nastiest thing ever lady was making a quesadilla she dropped it on the picked it up and threw it away with the spatula she was using and then to use the same gloves and spatula to make another one for the client and server to the client that grossed me out and I walked away

I went here EVERY day for 3 years. In the last 6 months the staff has been unprofessional, long lines, the orders are not done correctly according to the listed items such as tortillas not being given with the platters. The manager Maria Guzman who has taken over does not even have her corporate number for complaints. Since the last manager left the current policies and training have been severely lacking. Drink machines always broke and food sub-par. Even their debit machines are broke and charge even when the sale has not gone through.

I went in to purchase tacos and they told me I couldnt ask for no beans on the two for three bacon tacos and all the employees are really rude.

Please dont eat here anymore not the same since they change the whatever they did, the 2 new morning cooks cant cook my breakfast / lunch was burnt damn... and bad customer service fr & if I wouldve seen these badass ratings I wouldnt have stopped damn again.

I must admit at times one girl at register managers should be held accountable if a staff member is short . Ive seen this young girls saddened by the fact her tills was short while manager having a long conversation with a customer and sad but true.Overwhelmed with customers but never stopped smiling.How sad is this?

Tortilla has gritty taste and it takes forever to get your food that doesnt taste all that great. Their carne gasada was dried out and then a homeless lady came and leaned her head over the glass partition and the food. No thanks. 👎

I used to go here to get my tacos on my way to work in baytown. The wait time is rediculous! Every other time when Im already half way to work, I go to eat my tacos, it was the wrong order... I dont understand why if the write on the bag what Im wanting. So I dont go there anymore.

Their tacos are THE BEST! My boyfriend stops there almost daily to get their barbacoa tacos in the morning!

Workers with attitudes very rude

We used to have a lady at our office that would call and order tacos for the office, and then we would drive over and pick them up. I called this morning to order...was on hold for 10 minutes...could hear her checking everyone else out and taking everyone elses order. My order is usually 30-40 tacos. I guess I will try somewhere else that has time to take my order.

Ok ... its true! They have to put someone faster serving the tacos ... its very slow the process takes between 15 and 25 min. The tacos are fine for the price..but the service is very slow .. in the mornings.
